16Favorite locations to get food at. The playground is always clean and safe for my kiddo to play staff is pretty good at getting your food out to you in a timely manner as well
Just like any other Sonic I have been to with the exception of the service. The girl taking our order was very friendly, quick and efficient. The car hop guy was was just as good. It's nice to see smiling faces and great service like this as a Sonic. I'm a customer service manager at a large Hotel and I would hire both of them no question. Thanks for the great service.
Ordered on the Sonic app. Upon arrival was told to go through the drive thru. The drive thru the only way to get any service. There were no carhops to deliver orders. The drive thru was long and S L O W. Waited 35 minutes to reach the window. The food order while correctly made, was stone cold after the 35 minute delay. Cold is great for limeades. It is terrible for breakfast burritos.
Very poor customer service. Obviously they need more dependable staff. This was my absolute worst Sonic experience ever, in any state.
They were drive thru only when we went (which is fine) but we waited for about 25 min in the drive thru just to get all of our order messed up (how do u even mess up a chocolate shake?) Burgers were completely wrong only thing they got right were the tots. If u want sonic this location is NOT the one
Served me a sack full of chilli cheese tots instead of a "Footlong Quarter Pound Coney". Not even just out of buns. Didn't even have a hot dog in it. Legitimately insulting.
Food was hot and fresh with good flavor. Soda was correct. Carhop was polite and efficient. Will definitely return when in the area.
I honestly cannot tell you the last time I was treated so rudely by an employee anywhere! I noticed last night there weren’t many cars parked or in the drive thru so I pulled in to get two drinks and an order of cinnamon-snacks. I came the drive thru, ordered and then when I pulled up yo the window, the employee (a younger gentleman) told me my total and I went to hand him my card to which he rolled his eyes at me and swiped it for me (I didn’t see the swiper on the outside of the building). He then handed me my drinks and bag. I asked him if the icing for the cinnamon-snacks was in the bag to which he replied rudely “I don’t know why don’t you look for yourself” I did look and there wasn’t any (this has happened multiple times at this location) he once again rolled his eyes, closed the windows and brought me one back. I went to say thank you but before I could even get the word, “thank” out, he had slammed the window shut. I won’t be coming back here if staff treat customers that way.
Great customer service. We bought a beverage and were trying to leave, but unfortunately the battery on our car died. One of the cooks was able to help jump start us. Appreciate it!
It was awful. Charged our cards 5 different times but we had to call corporate to get it refunded.
The employees that worked the night of August 27th are some of the nicest hardest working people I have seen in a long time.most of them have been pulling double duty and working long shifts and still have a smile on there face. The staff members that worked deserve a raise or at least a pizza party for all there hard work.
Used the app to order my food. (I wish this location would allow mobile tipping) good service.
The staff is the reason why they are not going to get a good rating from me. To many young kids and not enough supervision.
Sonic is a standard so far where ever you go. When ever and where ever we have ordered it the food is the same.for my daughters and I it is a comfort food that we tend to get on days we are out, hungry and not sure what we want to eat. So far I have not had a bad food experience at any Sonic.
It actually turned out to be a good visit i was upset at 1st but the manager came out and explained wat was going on and took our order they was very short handed and was busy in drive-thru and car-hop and he made our food hot and fresh and i apologized for getting upset and thanked him very much and gave him a tip.
The food system easing, quick easy fast! Couldn't ask for better quality service, car helps with super nice, manager for easy to work with, bathroom clean! Really great place
