I ordered ahead on the app. They were very busy. After waiting 30 minutes I had to go inside and get my stuff!

I don't know what's happened to this particular branch but it's gone downhill fast. Half the time the screens for ordering don't work. Today I sat at one of them, pressed the red button and waited.and waited.and waited.

Car hop was professional and happy to go grab a drink carrier. The Cookingham location the car hops get irritated if you ask for a drink carrier, I’ve received nasty comments from them.

Here lately service has been terrible. Had to basically wave down the staff inside to let them know I was waiting at the menu to order even after trying to get their attention thru the intercom. Similar situation placing mobile order.

My real strawberry lush with nerds wasn’t mixed EVERYTHING was at the bottom and the slushy was white instead of red, my chicken tenders were dry and hard and I asked for chilli cheese tots and I got cheese tots with no chilli

Slowwww and most time they get order wrong and young employees are unmanaged. That place is a mess and dirty inside

We got our main meal with tots, when we get the tots, the are very salty and not fresh. So we ask if we can get some new tots and they say yes. It's took longer for them to cook it than our main meal which was a SuperSonic Double Cheeseburger, water, and two tots. We see what is taking so long because it's been like 5-10 minutes. They forgot to put the tots in, we got a refund but still I felt like saying something.

Drive thru took twenty minutes to go thrush no cars fries where crispy and burger and mozzarella stick was really good 3 more cars than us food was fine and only kept bring food out not accepting order

Not impressed. Worst Sonic I have been too. Asked for and paid for 3 Bacon Breakfast Burritos $3.59 each. What a got was 3 Jr. Bacon Breakfast burritos. Sent them back and was then brought sausage burritos that were just as small as the first. Sent back again and when I was about to drive off without the food I ordered.this is what I got. If that is a 3.59 breakfast burrito what the heck does their Jr. Burritos look like? Do not go here for Breakfast Burritos!

Very disappointed this time around. No marinara for mozzarella sticks. No syrup for French toast. No sauce for burrito. The 2 for $5 burger looks like it was bought from mcdonald and wrapped in sonic wrapper. Patties were either overcooked or old. Mango tea was made with sweet tea and not unsweetened like I wanted. What a way to have dinner while enjoying the game. Ruined my night. Very Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from this location anymore.

Had the Sausage egg and cheese breakfast toaster. It was lukewarm at best. The tots were hot, but overcooked. The Route 44 Cherry Limeade was good. I only eat here when there's something that I like for 1/2 price.

The food was all wrong and was cooked horribly not clean inside and very rude workers was charged for items that I didn’t order and then told to call a number for a refund. The grill cheese was all black inside

I want to like this location more because it's the closest one for us. They are constantly having issues though. I've had multiple outrageously bad experiences here.

Used our app to order. Love the special deals you get using this. The burger was delicious and we love the slushies. Only complaint is access to this Sonuc and parking is very tight

Had a few minutes to kill and was craving a Cherry Limeade. I placed a mobile order via their app since drinks are half price that way and I added a $1 tip for the waitress to my total. When I arrived and checked in my drink came out fairly quickly. Once I tasted it it seemed that I basically got a very large Sprite with very little cherry syrup and none of the lines or maraschino cherries I was supposed to get. I was really sorry that I tipped via the app because she really didn't deserve it.

Went and ordered food and got a pain extra long dog when I said chill cheese and my chicken was dry really and you guys won’t pick up the phone

Order 2 double grilled cheese burgers gave us no cheese. Ordered 2 LG onions rings shorted us 1, had to back, got home and onion rings were burnt. If I could post a picture I would!
