Went there to get a jr chili cheese wrap and a corn dog got home to realize the corn dog looked like it had been sitting out for days then got it replaced ordered a route 44 root beer with real cream and they gave me a large foods always cold I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

The real secret on any sonic menu that everyone should know is the hickory cheeseburger. If you've never tried one substitute your ketchup and mayo for some of their BBQ sauce it's amazing.

This will probably be the last time we eat at Sonic. Our two large orders of Onion Rings were barely half full and were way overcooked. The Chicken Tenders were tasteless and overcooked, the Crispy Chicken sandwich was cold and rubbery and I am not sure that the Coney dog was cooked enough. The only reason for a one star rating is the fact they got the Slush ordered the right flavor. We have always loved Sonic but the last few times we have gone it has steadily declined and after this trip we probably will not be back.

Didn't get our order made correctly! Normally it's real good but not this time bc it ruined our dinner, & was not able to run back to get it correctedbut it happens.

Went here for $0.50 corn dogs. I like to eat cheap whenever possible! Drinks can be a bit pricey but the slushies are good. Prompt on getting the food. The parking spots are tight. 2 trucks parked next to me both hit the poles holding the menu boards. With the menus tilted, it makes pulling into the parking slots tight if you have a wider vehicle like a truck.

This will be where I go to for sonic in the Jeff City area moving forward. This location actually gave me my order correctly and my food was as expected. Service was quick and the gentleman who took our order was super nice. My kiddo wanted a specific toy and they made his heart happy when they delivered. Why not 5 stars? I’ve been to a couple of AMAZING Sonics 1 being in Camdenton who gives you FREE water with your purchase and goes above and beyond. Extra star is reserved for excellence.

I ordered a blue raspberry slush and when I leave and I’m back at work I look in my drink and it’s all ice! I try calling and no one answered the phone!

Was some of the worst fast food ever! Was in a hurry to get to the hospital, brought my wife (who just had surgery) old stale chicken pieces.

Waited forever for our food, we finally got our food and our fries were ice cold and I didn’t have a fork for my chili dog

Normally really sweet staff and great food, but for someone their cooks can't seem to follow directions. Order a breakfast burrito and say no bacon on it, and extra zesty cheese sauce, they do the complete opposite and put no cheese sauce and bacon on it. If I had a bacon allergy the way they fold it, I wouldn't be able to see it beforehand and would bite into it and could seriously hurt someone. PAY ATTENTION.

Went in and ordered two gift cards and took about 20 minutes to get them. Spent 50 dollars on two cards and if I ordered food I would of gotten it faster. If I didn't need them I would of drove off

Food was good. But it was obvious when the person took our order that he didnt want to be there. Attitude is everything!

Easy, fast, and their mozzerela cheese sticks are better than another place that sells them. Don't want to mention which place dissapointed me cause they probably will switch them out for something else! When the competition is Sonic Mozzarela sticks, other fast food places haven't figured them out yet.

I ordered just 1 item, a sonic blast. After 10 minutes waiting in stall 16, I had to flag down a car hop and ask where my blast was. After 15 minutes I called inside to ask about it.

After 22 minutes I finally got it. Not the first time had poor service here. It will be the last.

Do NOT go here if you want any kind of decent service.

This place. In the past they were pretty good but this visit they were god awful. Not.only did they get my order wrong (left out a whole combo meal #3, salsa, poppers) but they were pretty disrespectful about it. The male insisted we had everything, yet when i showed him my receipt he went back in and got me the combo meal. I told him we were still short poppers and salsa, and he went back in and got my poppers. The assistant came out to ask if we needed anything and what was going on, so we told her. At this point my girl was having a holy meltdown - she just wanted salsa for her breakfast burrito. Said assistant never brought out salsa, and so i stopped the next car hop i saw and asked him if he could go get me some. He did, very quickly. All in all was a bad experience, especially since my girl works at the other sonic on Ellis.
