Sonic Drive-In, Lone Jack MO

Hit and miss here.ordered 2 super sonic bacon cheese burgers, no lettuce or pickle, with large onion rings. Almost every time it has everything on it. Sometimes seems like extra is there. BUT this last time kit the nail.we got ABSOLUTELY NO BACON AND ONE PATTIE. Our large onion rings were burnt and I counted six rings in one bag.wth.
Disappointed, after work I trust in you to fix an order right the first time. I can't be driving back and forth to get it right. Tried calling them that night no answer so I go up there only to be told I'm a lair.

These idiots still can't do anything right. Over priced garbage. Their level of incompetence is rivaled only by taco hell.

Use to be best sonic around but now it’s not at all. I just ordered 2# meals and cheddar broccoli bites $33.25 total and drove home to find out I got one double cheeseburger and one JR cheeseburger. The medium fries in two boxes was suppose to be larger but out of both they fit in one medium box. I use to recommend everyone that it was the best and they get your order right but sad to say they are not even close now. What a waist

Wanted to try the new chopburger. Looked at this window for ten minutes only to receive a luke warm hamburger with a cool bun. Very disapointing. Could hardly hear the employee. The onion rings were so so. Not a good experience as a stop while driving down 50 highway.

Most small towns have a good sonic, and this place is no exception. Except they're great. Always great customer service, they take care with the food they make, and i don't think they've ever messed up an order. Props to them.

We’ve been so disappointed the last several times we’ve ordered from this location because our drink orders have been completely wrong. For example, a sweet tea/lemonade with blackberry become a plain unsweetened tea with light ice and a Diet Dr. Pepper with cherry became a Diet Dr. Pepper with blackberry. Most of the time, we just order the drinks, so there’s not even a complicated order to make things confusing.

Great service. I went through the drive thru because I only wanted a drink. The person in front of me apparently had a big order and was taking a while. So they brought my drink to my car so I wouldn't have to wait.

I ordered a chili dog with onion rings and a coke. It was all good.loveonion rings. But screen didn't work and could not show what I owed for mealor anything else. No out of order sign was placed but could still order. Girl took card inside today for order made sure I didn't get 2 bills since I tried slot for card.

Terrible experience here, was trying to order several things, they were all sold out, then when I finally did order they messed up literally every item I ordered, when I told them this, they argued with me. I then asked for my money back and they gave me a taped together five dollar bill that had holes in it, that wouldn't be accepted anywhere. I'm super disappointed, I used that store a lot when I drive through, never again.

In line at drive thru. Basic hamburger and fries. Behind one car. No service. Sitting. Runners bringing out orders one after another for cars behind me. Whi would stay? Ridiculous. Left.

Nice store. I only gave this 4 stars because they no longer carry the name brand canned dog food I feed my dogs (my vet says the brand I buy is one of the brands that is good). The canned dog food they do sell is over twice the cost of what I feed my dogs. I did ask for help finding a collar for one of my dogs. The person I asked went way above the level of service I'm use to. I wish I had her name. She deserves recognition.

Classic drive in food with lots of fat and salt. Not what I need, but what I want. Call my cardiologist.

Burgers was cold cheese not melted an tator tots were cold. Not 1st time either. It's hard for me to go there to waste my money.

So many signs on the windows you can not see in. They tend to keep their grease to long which makes the food taste sub standard. It is a gamble to eat there because of that.

The location in lone jack needs help with the evening shift. The burgers are always soaked in grease so much so the bottom bun is always soaked through. The fries or tots will always be old.
