After waiting 30 minutes to get our order taken they still manage to mess it up I think it's time to find a new place to eat dinner

Wish I could give this a 5 star review as the workers are nice, but we got some kinda expired strawberry Cheesecake milkshake. Only had a hint at first of sourness, but then it smelled terrible & tasted vile like throw up.

Hoping fresher ingredients will be used in the future.

Route 44 Dr Pepper! Just one drink! I was given Diet Dr. Pepper. Speaker quality or listening comprehension is unknown. All that is known is my experience my poor yet again.

Last two times cherry limeade drinks have been awful. Bitter. They don't put the cherries in drink like other locations. Go to another location- worth the drive.

Our sonic food was the worst I have ever had from any fast food, it was bad, very bad. Food was old, I mean really freaking old and dry. Chicken patty on my sandwich was dehydrated like Jerky. The 3 hamburger patties on our burgers were dry af, couldn't bite through the dam things. $68 for old dried out food is not acceptable.

Asked for pretzel twist and got a corn dog… so annoying. Of course we didn’t notice until we got home and I don’t eat meat. I’ve been in the food industry and it’s really not that hard to get a small order right.

Fast service. Order has always been accurate. A lot of sonics have kind of fallen by the wayside as far as customer service and quality goes, but this small town location has kept their standards high.

Got a slushy from here and the lid was too small and the lid came off! Def will not be going back night shift are so stupid I needed BBQ sauce and they gave me syrup!

EVERY time I order a drink in here, they screw it up. I always order a strawberry lemonade, and I never get it. I have gotten a strawberry sprite, a lemonade slush with nerds, a limeade, but never my strawberry lemonade. And the manager doesn’t even care. I am done, I will go to Springfield if I want Sonic from now on.

Came here tonight and the service was terrible. I ordered a large chili cheese fries and got a small with literally nothing added. Asked for it to be remade and I got eye rolls and they took about 10 more minutes to remake it (no one was even there) and they came out with the same thing.not very happy to pay $6 for nothing.

My husband went through Sonic a while ago and got his double cheeseburger combo with tots and soda and a Butterfinger whatever it is and ordered me the chicken combo with onion rings it was the worst onion rings I had I ended up throwing them out there was not one whole onion ring in there they were all burnt pieces stick tongue stuck to onions I mean it was nasty and chicken sandwich the bottom bun was burnt the chicken it was hard and stringy there was no moisture to it it is the worst meal I've had I've ended I ended up throwing onion rings and I ate about half the sandwich and threw it away and my soda had no ice in it I won't be buying food there anymore

I just went there and ordered 2 chicken tender meals, when she brought our order out to us there was only 1. Instead of her telling us she would go back in and get it straightened out for us she kept want to argue that there was only 1 even though we told her that we had ordered. She wasn’t concerned about getting us the other meal that we ordered. Very poor customer service. I see that others have had problems at this Sonic also.

Food is great and accurate orders.order takers although are polite.they assume we know everything and make you work for your answer.when you ask a question your answer would be. "its on the board.you can see your answer there" and the 3 visits we had here had an old menu board.items were not available anymore too many times.

Coney and burger was ok but the fries and tots were just awful. Service is slow and not rude but not great. I've been multiple times but never again.

Got a cherry coke instead of regular coke. How do you mess that one up? Granddaughter ordered blast and got the wrong one.

Someone needs to relearn how to make the cold brew. Way too much concentrate was added to the water. It was so bitter you couldn’t even taste the vanilla. Disgusting.

Horrible refused to answer the intercom Ftee doing car in front of me then I went up to the window she ran I went to second window ignored me then shut off the lights wouldn't even address I was out there honked etc all I wanted was a drink. Horrible experience I don't think they even know what it means to help somebody for anything this restraint needs good help people that hav respect or some kind of polite courtesy!
