Sonic Drive-In, Seneca MO

Bread for both sandwiches was burnt. Waited over 20 minutes (drive thur) while staff laughing and chatting. Sonic uniform is now short shorts and slides.

You pay 45 dollars for food then you have to have it sent back four times because it's so hard to get Just cheese and ketchup right.seriously just cheese and ketchup. If you say everything you will get a plain burger, no lie. You wait 45 minutes for just a burger to be made right. Seriously after that all our other food was cold. No, matter how simple the order how slow you read it to them everything is always wrong. We Haven't been to this sonic in about a year and though hey maybe it's different. Nope, it's still the same. Horrible service and poor management. It really is a constant reminder of why you just shouldn't go back. They never try to make things right. They really need to close. You would think you would want to fix things instead of ignoring it.

This Sonic actually has it together! Great customer service! Screens actually work. Fast and friendly carhop! This is probably the best sonic in the area!

Seneca location just needs to close. Nothing but a hassle at this location. Got the box dinner and missing gravy to soak these overdone pieces of chicken.

Ordered on the app. Could not "check in" due to poor internet service. After seeing check in buffer for some time, pushed the button and told we ordered on app got " yes it will be right out" 20 min later.nothing.again pushed button and she argued with us and said we "Didn't check in" finally brought our food and was again rude with an extremely sarcastic
" have a nice day"

The food was good but my coney had the chilli more on the out side than on the weiner ask for onions on them but none in there defense they were busy

Our food was fresh and hot. I ordered pork loin sandwich and it was so awesome! My wife ordered a bacon cheese burger she loved it! The fries and tots were hot and fresh.

This sonic does not have soggy fries and they are not hard! They are crunchy like they are supposed to be. I've been there twice for a #1 and it was good. Buns are not smashed. I've gotten a premium breakfast burrito once and it was very good. Get what you order and its convenient right off the Seneca round about.

Took 15 mins with an empty parking lot to get a route 44 unsweet tea.lemons were bad and had that rusty soggyness to them and they filled the bottom of my drink lemon seeds.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade while at work. Usually, when all you order is a drink, it is brought to you right away. Which is why I only ordered a drink. That is not what happened.which could just be my shorted sightednesss. To top it all off, it tasted like the strawberries had spoiled. I don't go to this location often and with the wait did not have time to go back. This could be a one time accurance. Next time I am in the area, I will find out because I usually get such great service at almost all locations.

Every other time they mess up the order. I don't get it. We always tip but if we don't check you can guarantee it's wrong. It's usually the drinks. I always get a half sweet half unsweet tea yet 9 times out of 10 I get just unsweet. Seriously annoying but it's close to home and I love sonic. Please Seneca watch your orders.

When I first went there I was impressed with the freshness. I happened to buy a house in the area and every time I go it's the same. This Sonic is awesome. A year later and still great. I've started using the app now. Pretty easy.

Worst service.waited for 30 mins for food.had to buzz them to.ask where food was young kid came out and asked what we needed. I said we've been waiting he said I will be right back 10 mins later he brings our food and its cold. I twll him he can have it back just give me refund.and never bothers to come back and tell me it will go back to card, I have to go in and see if there giving me cash back or what.if they had been busy I could have understand the slowness but they weren't. Will not be going back.

I got a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t cooked right very stale definitely been sitting out there for a while and they just were to lazy to cook a new one

Waited 30 minutes to get food when i never even got it because they did not put my order down pushed the button again they said there coming waited 5 to 10 minutes everyone else left and i still never got it ended up late for work horrible workers and slowly ran

Overall the WORST service ever! Not only did I wait for an hour my food was terrible! Don’t recommend eating there.

I placed an order ahead and when I got there half the stall screens were black. So I had to count the stalls to see which one I was on. Then I waited for my order. I was at stall 7. Someone tell me why the girl came out of the BATHROOM door with my order. I've been there before and I know it's the bathroom door right there on the side. That is so unsanitary even if she didn't exactly go in the bathroom. That was so unprofessional and baffling.
