13I give up on all Sonics at this point, this one, Windsor's and Warrensburg's are all trash. Can't even make a slush right. Got a large blue raspberry slush that was so watered down there was barely any ice even in it. The cherry coke I got a couple days ago was just as watered down.
Went to order, left after 25 mins, no one took order. Two others got ordered while I was waiting.
I pulled into a stall, ordered a chicken slider sandwich and dill pickle, fries, and a Coke. The bun on the sandwich was burnt on both sides, very little miracle, wet, located, dried it up and soaked into the burnt bun. The small piece of chicken that was in the slider was crispy and almost burnt, and the dill pickle fries were cold and greasy from sitting worst meal I’ve ever got at Sonic, anywhere. I am very disappointed. Not sure I will go back.
I stop here at 8: 30 last night and push the button twice and then went to the drive-through and never got anyone take my order.
I know some really great ladies working there! Like miss melinda! Shes always got a smile on her face! Yes they get busy and it gets chaotic but what fast food restaurant doesn't?
Really like using the app to order my food. But I thought it would be faster but really not! ASAP checking in means that it has NOW not 15 minutes later. But unfortunately, it made me late for work. Sadly, I didn't look inside the dag until I got to work and didn't get everything I ordered.
Gone downhill fast! We were at this Sonic a lot, but it’s obvious that the day manager has changed. Ordered via app, stall sign said food was on the way, never arrived, physically standing outside door asked to speak with manager, literally walks right past me AS I WAS SPEAKING and addressed my husband! Husband pointed to me and I showed my receipt and told him I wanted a full refund, I followed him inside and made sure I got refund receipt, after seeing the workers and inside WE WILL NEVER RETURN!
Meth is a problem! I get it! I also get giving people second chances, there were only 2 people working there that looked like they were sober and they were young.
The manager was obviously recovered user, he shook while trying to figure out a refund, my refund amount and what I paid were completely different. At this point, lesson learned, burgers at home the way it should be anyway.
Keep giving them the benefit of doubt- however this time I waited 8min at the drive through with no service. I then went to a stall and pushed the button and waited some more, and was never acknowledged.what's the point? They'd probably benefit from having working technology. Disappointing.
Sonic use to be the only descent fast food in town. Not anymore, food is horrible. Don't waste your money.
Waited 30mins during a slow time. Watched 6 other cars pull in, order, then leave before they ever took my order.
Ordered food at stall. Burger, fries and tots were fine. The 2 hot dogs we ordered looked like they had been on the warmer for years. They were a weird brown gray color and the bun had mold on it. I went in to get a refund and they were unable to find our order. I would caution against paying cash at this place as I feel they just pocket the money because we never received a receipt (we checked all the bags). The manager was completely unhelpful with the situation and just walked away. The employees must of felt bad as I continued waiting so they gave me 2 “fresh” hotdogs that looked equally as questionable. They were promptly thrown away. I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. Do not recommend this place!
I went to this sonic for my lunch pulled in to stall 18 and waited for 35minutes with carhops walking by and no answer I then called on my phone and was then told 18 19 20 where not working I need to move to one that does so I moved to stall 1 pushed red button and waited for 15 minutes and no answer after leaving with out lunch I called to talk to a owner and was told just come inside and scan something and was advised stall 1 wasn’t working either I will nor recommend this sonic and may not ever go back

So disappointed in my last visit.ordered for 6 people via app.drink tray was broken, lid was not on, missing apple juice in wacky pack.then the food was terrible.tots were not done, some rings were burnt, hot dogs were overcooked, burrito was split and feel apart, overall was poorly assembled.we threw away half of it.this was a bad day.
