12Our tater tots were cold and were filled up with a mixture of fries and tots. My corn dog had been reheated. Couldn't get waited on in the stall and after 10 minutes had to move to the drive thru. Very disappointed.
Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat, always fresh food, server's take out your food in timely manner. I've had no issues with this place.
Had the crispy chicken sandwich and tots, pretty good service was good and the order was correct.
We might have caught them on an off day. However, there were no unused bays, so we used the patio. Even with a mobile order placed ten minutes in advance, it took another 30 minutes plus for only two drinks.
They put so much ketchup and mustard on my sandwich that all I ciuld taste. Buns kept sliding off the meat. Was not very happy!
I had to move 2 times to get a red button to work to place my order. The food was thrown together and on the burgers there was big chunks of lettuce uncut.
I go to Sonic all the time in Colorado. This one just didn't stand up. My burrito's eggs were brown. Looked like they were rolled in grease. I had to use the restroom because we're traveling across country, and oh my gosh, if I had seen those first I would have passed on by and not eaten there. No excuse for that.
They don’t know how to follow directions everytime my husband and I order on the app or at the stall they get something wrong I ordered a order of mozzarella sticks and asked for ranch and they gave me 2 marinara sauces and got a iced coffee with extra ice and they put easy ice
Don't order anything with bacon because every time I do, the bacon is burnt. Overall, good food. A little high priced though.
Drive thru gets the already fixed food cause it's never hot. Never get what's ordered, and wait time is real bad. I give them another chance about every 3 months, and it's never good. Sorry, not sorry
The only problem I had was they gave me cherry water and I wanted cherry limeade with extra syrup but I had already left
Service is generally pretty good. However, check your order, when it gets to your car. While the food is good, they frequently will forget the bacon, on a bacon cheeseburger, or the wrong drink, or occasionally leave out a side order. We have learned to check it, the hard way.
Again - the food is good, service is good. Just make sure you have everything, BEFORE you leave, if you don't want to make a trip back. Also, check your receipt to be sure they caught everything you ordered, before you complain. Lol!
