Ordered French toast and a water. Charged for a combo. Questioned the pricing since menu shows French toast alone for 3.89 and a combo for 5.39. I explained I didn't get a combo just the sticks and water. Shelby insisted that since I had water that makes it combo, regardless of the fact that water even with lemon is like 0.40$. Not to mention the French toast combo is listed at 5.39 I was charged 6.19 so basically paid $2.30 for a medium water. I have tried this location a couple of times and it's always something.

I'm a pickle hater from way back. This review will cover 4 trips to this sonic over the last 2 months. I ordered the #3 with no pickle. The lady on the speaker even told me that one doesn't come with pickle. So I got my order and it had pickle on it. Next trip I ordered a # 3 with no pickle again and again I was told it don't come with pickle. I told her the last time it did have pickles on it. She assured me that it wouldn't have pickles. Guess what! It had pickles. The next trip I ordered a #1 with no pickles, it had pickles and they added bacon for some reason. I buzzed them back and told them it had pickles on it. They offered to make me another one but i dont send food back. Its a trust thing. Trip 4 today I ordered a #4 with no pickles. Yep you guessed it. It had pickles. So now I'm sitting in stall 3 writing this review. I'm not sure what else I can do get a order without pickles. I am tempted to order chicken straps to see if they put pickles on that too. Lol

I ordered a foot tony dogg at the bone is three inches shorter than the hot dog. Had to wait over twenty minutes to get our Food. And the food had to be redone at least twice.

Sonic, in general, takes forever to get my food. I have to decide whether I want to let all the rest of my food get cold while they fix the things that they did wrong, or go home with the food I didn't order.every time I visit.

We were able to order right away, our food came out quick & our special order was correct, however the ranch we ordered & paid extra for was not in the order. The bathroom was nasty dirty, even my 6 year old grandson noticed I think all Sonic's need to hire a power washing company, but this one definitely does, there was food, trash, cigarette butts, oil, grease & dirt everywhere. I think they need to clean up their act & then I could give them a much better rating

I advise everyone to check your order, they never give you what you paid for. Service is absolutely terrible. If you can, go to any other sonic.

Great, fast & friendly. If I do have a flat they will fix the issue and or replace it for you.

The chicken strips had no chicken in them and were extremely over cooked. We found hair on our cheeseburger as well. We paid extra for a tub of ketchup and we got an amount consistent with squeezing a packet into a cup. It was a disgusting experience.

Went there to order slushes over the app like I do several times a week. The checkout portion of the app wouldn't load. ALL of the other sonics will give you the app discount if the app doesn't load, so I asked and the guy that claimed to be the manager and said his name is Colin told me that they do not participate in the app discounts. He lied because I get drink discounts all the time over the app. Corporate confirmed that they do and that he should have sold me the drinks for the app price. There is zero reason for you to lie to the customers that make it possible for you to have a job Colin. Oh well, went to Dairy Queen to try a cream slush. They are delicious and they will be my new drink stop! Thank you Colin or Daniel, (yes I know you lied about your name to either me, my wife, or both too), for introducing me to Dairy Queen and cream slushes!

This is a clean with good atmosphere drive in diner. The food was fresh and good but they forgot my cheese on my sandwich and they didn't bring silverware. Even with the mistakes, I would recommend.

Rain was brutal so couldn’t order as normal, went to the window. Worker was very kind, food came out very quickly and accurate.

Great experience! The staff took their time assisting my parents. Very sweet and patient. We enjoyed burgers and shakes, YUM!
