I keep saying this is my last time going there because the food is bad. But my grandson wanted to go even though I knew better. We could not even eat our hamburgers because they were old nasty and burnt around the outside. My sonic burger was a plain old and crusty. They didn’t put anything on it except cheese. The tots were so crunchy they just fell apart and tasted like old oil. Same with his wacky pack Needless to say the dogs had them for supper. When I called to complain when we got home the girl told me there was nothing she could do since we didn’t eat them there.

This place is hit or miss. It just depends on who is working that night. And most of them are teens, so there's that.

Very clean place. Friendly staff. Fast when they can be. Overall a good place to eat or get that ice cream.

I was getting on here to leave a bad review because of having to waiting a long time the the food just being poorly made but looks like a bunch of people already have, I can't believe this place is still open

Poor management and Poor customer service. They constantly make food and drinks wrong. When you ask them to fix their mistake they give you an attitude and make it very obvious they’re mad, you’re asking them to fix their mistake. Service can take forever, once time I waited over 15 minutes for a cup of ice and I was the only car in the hop area. A whole bunch of teenagers & young adults were walking in and out of the kitchen. I wouldn’t order the food, it’s either gonna be old and mushy or over cooked, or just made wrong. Something needs to be done about this because this type of service is gonna get the place shut down all over again.

Slow even when they are not busy! Should have stayed closed! They have lots of applications they just refuse to hire good management! Any good Manager works during the busy times and any good Manager hires good people not people out of desperation!

Everytime I go to Sonic they are friendly and it is always fast service! Jessica is wonderful to deal with and is always friendly. Katie and Alyssa are two of our favorite servers! Way to always be friendly, fast and efficient!

Several weeks ago I was sold a 44oz coke at full, not half, price. Around $3. It was all carbonated water. I called and spoke to a manager supposedly, and she checked tank and verified it was out of syrup. Told I would receive a coupon in the mail. Nothing ever came in the mail. Rating,

This location is perfect. Best sonic I've ever been to. So thankful it's in my hometown. I did experience being over charged and the server said she "lost [my] receipt. " But the supervisor was helpful and friendly and I've never stopped going back. Only wish there was more chili with the Chili Cheese Coney!

Place was great when first open back up but has gone downhill since then.last time I came here and order food on the app got it and the bun was so hard I didn’t even try to eat it went back just told them I wanted my money back and they gave me a number since I did it on the app so I called the number and never received a refund

Every time I ordered a sandwich and asked for no pickles guess what it has on it? Yep, pickles. It actually takes more effort to add the pickles than to not add them and a simple request. It's not like I asked for fresh food which isn't going to happen here either. Now I see why DQ line is so long and sonic is a ghost town.
