Sonic Drive-In, Lawson MO

Wish I could give no stars! How does you're order change from the order screen to paying I don't know, but the receipt doesn't help either because it doesn't show everything you purchased. Talking to the manager doesn't help but she definitely gives attitude! So I ultimately paid for what I didn't want and nothing is resolved. Piss pore place with piss pore staff. How do they stay in business?

Service wasn't very good actually chose to go elsewhere It seems they were so busy and seemed also understaffed. So didn't get food didn't want to wait forever.

I stop at sonic often. I probably won't return here. I ordered special pepper something burger. Bacon was burnt to the point it ruined the sandwich. Then I ordered a vanilla shake that was not even stirred. Honestly I think they think if you ordered from the app you aren't a customer. I couldn't drink it.not a problem I just won't return.no one working that day would be receptive to criticism because I don't think they care.laxidasic. I would let the cook go 1st if it were mine. I registered a complaint with corporate they said they're aware already so blah blah blah LOL who cares

Keep going back to give another shot and continue to be reminded why I don’t go there. Food quality is trash. Better off going to Kearney or excelsior sonic

Two drinks and a breakfast burrito at 8pm not even busy will not go back again, I highly don’t recommend this sonic to anyone might at well go to Cameron sonic they food is better and worth the drive also don’t got to wait 30 mins for drinks

The food was good and staff was friendly. They had a new cook so one item was a little incorrect but was quickly replaced with a new one with no issues.

Quality of the food is always bad here in my experience. Cold food, looks like Texas toast was replaced with smallest bread I've ever seen. Didn't get receipt from carhop. Carhop also felt the need to ask if I wanted my change.

Severely understaffed and the service is so slow. It's highly recommended to order any food items 10-15 minutes or more in advance on the app before getting there.

Absolutely ridiculous! Nobody was there working at all and people showed up to this place expecting it to be open. If you were going to be closed the least you could’ve done was posted a sign saying you were closed or at most turned your menus off

Presentation and consistency in food quality definitely something this location needs help with.

So I live near a sonic and haven’t been to it in awhile because of the service and typically get the wrong item and if it’s the right item it’s usually made wrong… so I was visiting a friend in another town. I was craving a sonic blast because who doesn’t. Well I went and got a blast and both the service and the blast was amazing. The carhop was super nice unlike what I’m used to. So whoever was working in Lawson, Missouri Saturday night give them a pay on the back and know that they did an amazing job and to keep up the good work. When good work is being done everyone can tell and it’s appreciated usually it goes unspoken.

I have visited many Sonic drive ins and did not care for the food. However the Lawson MO Sonic was very good no nasty aftertaste that I have experienced from EVERY Sonic I have tried in all the years since its inception

Good Service. Food was meh. At least I got all my food and my order was correct this time.
