Sonic Drive-In, Caruthersville MO

I knew I shouldn’t have eaten the food, but it was one of the only places open that late on New Year’s. We went to the bathroom and the place had mold all over. Ate our order and got food poisoning within a couple hours. It didn’t taste right. This place needs to be inspected and either condemned or cleaned out before they continue business.

Food arrived cold due to car hop person stopping with our order so she could talk to one of her friends plus when I used to order a super Sonic breakfast burrito it was loaded down now it's the size of the regular breakfast burrito

Took 3 times to get the order right. And I got charged separately every time the order had to be fixed

Old and burnt chicken sandwich and the bun was so hard it was unedible! Tator tots were old and soggy and tasted like old grease. Coke tasted bad too! Tonight I wasted $22. The worst visit ever and I will never be back! Gave them a chance to make it right but they brought the same thing back out to me. Caruthersville MO Sonic needs to be shut down or get new management that cares about the paying customer getting fresh food.

Night cook is LAZY! Literally every time I come they serve me old, cold ah food! Then when you tell them to take it back it’s still cold when they bring it back FIRE the person on the grill FAST! Like ew

Need to fix credit card machines frustrating when u pull in a stall and u have to go to another or even another because credit card machine isn't working

Y'all suck! 30 minutes for trash food! The workers are a reflection on the management!
