I just start with this chiropractor and so far he does a great job because I have some lower back pain that make me have to walk bend over and he do massage and they feel so good, he have a nice attitude and the ladys at the front desk in kind as well.

Dr. Wertel is a great chiropractor and an all-around good person. I've had 6 years and counting of wonderful care from his office!

Dr. Wertel and his staff were so wonderfully attentive after I'd tweaked my rotator cuff following an aerial arts injury - the care was specific, thoughtful, and dynamic based on how I was doing over the course of my adjustments, and I was 100% back to normal after just a few appointments. I received tips from Dr. Wertel and had plenty of space to ask questions about how I should care for myself; plus, his front-office staff were kind and attentive as well. I'm going back for regular maintenance-style adjustments after a great experience and am recommending South City Injury & Rehab to my friend and fellow aerialists, whether it's for general chiropractic care or rehabilitative care.

I literally just called this establishment and I guess the staff was having a bad day, you could just tell that this lady was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Unprofessional, need to have a better tone when they are talking to potential clients. And I was just calling for help. Now worries I'll just take my hard earned money to people that actually care.

I made an appointment at South City injury and rehab back in January. I felt like I was running out of options with my upper back pain, stiff neck, and intense migraines that would last a week at a time. I set up an appointment based off the awesome reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Wertel listened to me (which I felt previously I wasn’t being heard) and had a plan set to help me get back to feeling good. After my first appointment I was feeling better then I had in months. We continued twice a week visits for a few weeks, had a little hiccup in the treatment (due to me) but we got back on the road to healing quickly. 8 visits later and I’m feeling amazing! I was worried I would never get back to this place and that these chronic migraines and back pain were just going to continue to be a staple. I’m so appreciative of Dr. Wertel and everything he has done for me. I said it in the office and I’ll say it again, he is seriously working MAGIC up in there! Again, thank you!

I would like to say Dr. Wertel is Awesome! I would say I was at about 50% in mobility due to my pelvis being out of wack with the adjustments and stretches now I at about 85% back to normal. Unfortunately due to the trauma to my pelvis being out of wack for an entire year it has caused my SI joint to be inflamed. It’s is manageable but I will need further care to get it in order.

Great service, lots of laughs. You can always count on Dr Wertel. I worked for Dr Wertel for years and I am still a patient of his. Sincerely a smart man, a caring doctor, and he happens to be funny too.

Dr. Wertel is a super knowledgable and relatable guy. He took the time to explain everything from my injury, to my rehab, to insurance.
