They are rude peace disturbing workers there. They park their cars over in a lot across the street that isn't even theirs and throw trash on the lot and rev up their cars 20 times and wake up all us old people across the way trying to sleep. Inconsiderate and rude and trashy people.

Jeff on the sales team is poor at communicating and the dealership has vehicles on the website that are not availbe on the lot.

A decent amount of vehicles to chose from, friendly people, a clean and well kept lot and office space, and a good location; especially for taking test drives. Jeff really knows the car business! Note: At the time of this review, their advertised price is their financed price, with the assumption that you're putting down $1000 and financing the rest. For Example: if they have a car listed for $11,990, the bottom line price is really $12,990. For further details, ask them to explain it to you. They're more than eager to answer any questions.

Jeff was super helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Larry explained everything in perfect detail and what steps are moving forward. They made my purchase incredibly easy and stress free.

Of every car salesman I have ever dealt with Jeff is bar far the nicest I have ever met. Helped me every step of the way including dealing with the DMV. Gave me top trade in value and left me feeling very good about my trade. He even responds to my text questions!

My husband found this dealership, nearly 2 and a half hours from where we live. He was interested in a truck they had for sale. He went back and forth with the salesman and we decided to go see the truck in person and for the most part buy. I booked a hotel because it is a long drive for us and we have young kids. Mid-afternoon (after the hotel was booked) the salesman tells us that the bumper is being repaired and if we buy we can't take home yet (was not told this the WHOLE time they had been talking until last minute.)
Drove up anyway, truck was not what we wanted so my husband found a jeep he liked. Tire was low they put air in it (that had to be replaced once we got home) they completely failed to inform us that the roof leacked LIKE crazy! So now we have to fix this among a lot of other things they hid. Our title is still not here, called and called but the person who was "in charge" of that was never there, FINALLY have the tracking info and it "should be here" on the very last day we have to title it.
If I were you, I would drive to the next dealership.

Very helpful group of people. I wasn't able too get a vehicle, but atleast I now know why.on a side note.
If you can AVOID Saint Louis Mo CREDIT UNION, it's in your best interest to do that at all cost! Because they are a rip off of all race's and creed.

Buyer beware. I purchased a vehicle from South County Auto. The vehicle ended up having several mechanical issues that should have been diagnosed prior to the vehicle's sale. The service manager does not return phone calls timely, if at all. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from South County Auto.

Buyer Beware*** The car has alot of issues that they did not want to fix while under their warranty. The heat doesnt work and the catalytic converter has an issue that they were aware of but did not fix even after the manager shook my hand and told me he would.the car appears to have been in a flood and was sold without that being divulged. They had to fix the brakes and it ran hot when i left the lot due to no coolant. Buy at your own risk.

This place needs to be closed down. I bought an Acadia from them and they claimed it was such a great SUV. A week later it started dropping speed on the highway. I would be doing 60mph and it with drop down to like 20mph. Come to find out it needed a sensor and a transmission control module. This was dangerous and ridiculous and they didn't want to help. They acted like I wasn't just there purchasing that piece of junk. Thankfully I was able to get rid of it without ruining my credit. I wouldn't suggest patronizing this place. It's a junkyard financing lemons and previously wrecked vehicle's.

This rating is based solely on one phone call. The sales person was absolutely arrogant. He was put off when I called to get more information about a particular vehicle. He wanted me to come in and check out the vehicle instead of showing me value of the vehicle he displayed a lack of professional conduct. I would not do business with a company that dis likes answering a few questions on the phone and then making an appointment. I was a cash paying customer!

They will get you in a car. This was my second vehicle purchased there. I would go back again. Very friendly and professional
