18Being understaffed doesn't help. The bathroom cleanliness is great not excellent. The tables and areas for clean is taken care of nicely at the food court. The music is what is keeping this mall together during holidays. The business stalls don't seem to be energetic and slightly draining when walking past. The store is lively. Don't see a lot of security presence. But is very family friendly off of the highway.
A lot of stores were closed, things were also pretty pricey, even for a mall. It did feel way safer than other masks in the area though and no one got shot.
It was good but it would be nice if they added more stores. There are a ton of areas that they can put a store.
There are a few empty stores & concessions, e.g, Starbucks & Cinnabon. However, it is still a good shopping location with moderate crowds on the Saturday we went.
Me and my mom went to the mall to go school clothes shopping. I found everything that I needed. The stores were well put together and clean. I recommend coming here if you need a shopping day.
Beggers are allowed to accost customers daily which drives customers away and when security is informed they couldn't care less, it's no surprise that they had to wall off half of the third floor that has been empty stores for years, I can't see that mall lasting more than another 5 years at the most.
Nice & large shopping mall with great variety of stores, awesome selection in the food court, large unique kids play area, very clean & well kept with professional & visible security detail. Feel safe here unlike some other malls in the area. Nice selection of full service restaurants & while some malls are dying this one has several new stores recently opened or opening soon. Highly recommended!
This mall looks really good for its age, but the layout is a mess and it sadly seems to be on the way out.
Horribly ran business. Paid for items online the day before. Confirmed they was in stock. Conformation they was ready to be picked up. Went to pick them Staff had not retrieved them. And argued about the purchase. After 30 min of our time and causing us to run late. They finally found the item. But we ordered 2. Again. Had to spend time proving this. Then the young girl just slowly moving at a snails pace gets the 2nd item. With a bad attitude. Again knowing we was running late. And this is why we ordered on line. To avoid this. Very very sad.
The mall has went down hill its dirty and most stores are closed. There were men zipping in and out stores following me and my daughter. It was weird and creepy.
I like this mall a little but definitely not my mall home I lost my car in one of the parking garages because they have 6 don’t be me.remember where you park
Half of the stores are closed, directory isn't up to date. Front doors were locked even though it was only 3
I went to entrance D and entered just to find a mouse running across the floor and leaving feces behind. This mall is disgusting besides that fact.
The mall is just like I remembered except some stores were gone but I figure it is due to COVID19.
My sons and I took a visit to the Noodle Noodle Company first Time. We both Lol Mac n Cheese so on Mother’s Day we went in. ABSOLUTELY love it! Had the Mac N Cheese with grilled chicken & my son the same with steak. Very good and we will be back!
The place is getting thin inside. A Few stores remain. Fun for somewhere to browse around.
Nice place to shop around, but all prices are jacked up even for a mall. Many places inside have also closed up shop and moved out.
I found the most incredible new furniture store that is not really completely open yet. It's on the 2nd floor by Dillard's and where Sears use to be. It's called Wholesale Mattress and Furniture Outlet. They have their mattress and bedroom store open and they have the coolest stuff! Amish custom hand crafted solid real wood log bedroom sets, living room sets, Amish hand crafted mattresses, name brand mattresses, taxidermy, etc. And the prices are insanely low!
Soon they will be opening their 2 other stores right across the hall. One for living rooms and dining rooms and the other will be a kids store with kids furniture and over 35 bunk beds.
Oh, they also have beautiful rugs and really cheap!
This trip totally made my day.
I can't wait to go back when all 3 stores are moved in!
UPDATE- 5-14-21
I stopped in today and was very disappointed. All my favorite stores are gone now. Damned covid-19!
That awesome furniture store is being forced out next week! Apparently there is major damage to the roof on that end of the mall so they're closing off the upper level next week. So sad! Such a unique place to visit and buy quality furniture and mattresses. I'm sure they'll relocate close by.
