South Summit Apartments reviews
5I had the privilege of residing at the most wonderful apartment complex for two years. The management team at this apartment complex is exceptional. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any concern or request. They genuinely cared about the well-being and satisfaction of the residents, ensuring that our living experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The amenities offered at this complex were wonderful the pool, the gym, and parking was never an issue. I highly recommend South Summit Apartments.
We have been in this complex from August 2018.
We love it. The office staff is excellent and customer friendly.
Maintenance is wonderful and very responsive. The complex is very quiet too. Many updates have happened through out our unit and the entire complex since 2018.
The pool has been wonderful to have in the summer and is opening soon.
I have lived in these apartments for 6 of the last 7 years.and only moved because I bought a condo. The office staff always treated me above and beyond.definitely one of the best apartments in South County.with the rent including internet/cable the price is decent.
This place was great the first 5 months but then everything went south. First, we had mice. The maintenance came and didn’t even try to find where they were coming from. They checked two spots then just set out some sticky traps. We ended up catching at least 10… TEN MICE IN THE KITCHEN. I could hear them constantly running through the walls in the kitchen. Then, we had new neighbors move in upstairs and across the hall. The walls and ceilings are THIN. It sounded like the upstairs neighbors were stomping around all the time, slamming drawers and the other neighbor had the most annoying loud little dog that barked all the time. Also, one of our outlets didn’t work. If you plugged something into it, it would cause the kitchen lights and tv to go out. Last but not least (and I’m probably forgetting something), the bedroom STUNK. We cleaned the carpet, washed the bed sheets, etc.and it still smelled musty. We asked them to check for mold or dead animals but they said they would have to cut a hole in the wall in order to do so. It was so bad I swear mold was growing there.
