Management was constantly changing, and it showed.

Moving in was okay, even though our unit was not ready and there were tools and tape left over, one of our shower heads was missing, and our ice maker didn't work. We were given the instructions to change the code on our door if we ever needed to, but we were never given physical copies of the keys.

We were (fortunately) always informed of when someone was coming into our unit, but they rarely followed up with that. I believe the air filter had been changed twice in our two years living there. Even if we were informed of it happening, it never did. Air filters, if properly kept up with, are changed every 60 or 90 days.

The paint in our unit was hurriedly done, and I looked at the missed spots each day. The quality of the place is sub-par. We could hear everything our downstairs neighbors would do, and they could hear us. The last few months of living there was awful, and it felt unhomely in so many ways, and I hated going back home because it was so loud. Even when we brought up complaints, the blame was always put on us.

We put in a maintenance request within months of living there of the wooden boards starting to come up, but we were informed that lumber was too high to replace it and it was never done and was even taken off of requests after I informed the then manager that it wasn't done.

No body picks up their dogs poop. Even having the "incentive" of taking a picture and sending it to the office didn't work. I suggested adding more poop bag stations, which was never followed up with.

The gates hardly ever worked, especially the exit one where it stayed open half the time. What's the point of calling it a gated community if it's the opposite?

It was insane at how difficult it was to reach someone in the office, and I could only get someone at the answering service. They would take a message, but I would NEVER hear anything back. We are still waiting for our deposit back and it has been since May 24th, 2023 when we had informed management we have moved out, when we were told it would take up to a month to get that deposit, which we mindful of, once it hit the 1 month mark, we reached out last Wednesday, June 28th, 2023and claimed they had been understaffed (which I get but literally EVERYWHERE is understaffed), and they were going to submit our move out summary, which we received, and were told that "corporate" will look it over and have the money in our bank account by the end of the week. We have yet to see that money, but who knows, it could be another month or two.

Owner provided an apartment with water intrusion from the sidings causing mold to build up after 3 months of living there. Managers moved us from a first floor unit to a second floor unit to improve situation. After a few weeks second floor unit floors were really weak causing noises to bother downstairs neighbors. We asked if they would terminate lease since second floor was not what we originally signed up for, but they refused and now want a 3 month termination penalty paid. Management is only watching out for its owners and not it’s tenants. In addition I tried to negotiate to 50% penalty but their pettiness won’t allow them to accept. Please think twice before living here.

Would put 0 stars if I could. Moved out of this apartment almost a year ago, received $915 of my $1000 deposit back and was just contacted YESTERDAY saying I was being turned into collections today for a fee I was unaware of. No emails, no phone calls, until a text yesterday. The message had no information indicating what the fee was for. The apartments look decent but overall I had a terrible experience while living there and even worse now a year later.
