The now merged bank, however, is disappointing.
I started new in town in November while bank was Citizens Bank. I heard many "bad" things as they started their transition to Southern Bank, making me leary before giving them a chance! Switch went through very easily, and same amazing staff still helping us out! Great place to bank!
These folks are awesome. They just went through a merger and it was smooth. I’ve been through other mergers, with other banks and it wasn’t so smooth, in fact, it’s why I moved to this bank. Before the merger awesome. After the merger, still awesome. If you’re looking for that small town bank feel with big bank features and benefits, this is the right place. Fast and friendly in the drive thru, they know your name, it’s like it’s YOUR bank. Very happy with my decision to move all my banking to this bank. You will be too.
