8I have been using this bank for the past couple of years. Never had any issues with my account so I’ve never had to talk to anyone inside apart from the initial setup. The first time I have needed to talk to anyone since I set it up about something minor, they were super unhelpful and unfriendly from the start. The next day I talked to a different person and my experience was the same. So I just canceled my account.
The staff is incredible. So polite, friendly & very informative. Thank u Southern Bank for such a great banking experience! Highly recommended!
I've been banking at SB in Doniphan MO for over a quarter century now and I've always been treated with respect and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend you give them a chance. Today I dealt with Audri Holland and she was very understanding of me what with my old age and all. LOL Thanks to all the employees.
