Does not maintain or properly clean their washers and dryers. I’ve had whites and lights destroyed from the brown buildup in dryers staining them.
Certain washers will eat your money and unless you happen to catch them there, are you really going to chase down $3.50? I’ve lost so much money.
Some washers won’t dispense enough water and the bleach light will come on. Do not add the bleach! It will ruin your clothes. Wait until it looks like there’s enough water. I destroyed a $50 Wrangler hoodie thanks to the fault of that washer. The water on the left was started at the same time and had adequate water.
Occasionally there’s /drugged out/ drunk/crazy people there. Not that it’s their fault but the hands off, put in as little as possible, approach is clearly not working in this location.
Please put more attention into your business.
Oh, and there’s German cockroaches.

I’ve been coming here for 4 months & all of my laundry is still in good shape & I haven’t lost a single quarter in a machine. The bathroom is nice & clean also. The entire laundromat is pretty clean & the staff is usually visible working during regular business hours.

I gave this place many chances because it's local, and it failed everytime. I officially am fed up and will not come back. The machines need to be replaced! The machines either don't fill up with water or they take your money. Worse thing is once a load starts the door locks so you can't even take them out so there's the time waisted. I've waisted so much money (roughly $20 within 3 weeks) having to rewash everything and I'm tired of switching machines and them not working properly either. I'd rather drive to Raymore, and I will from now on. Very unfortunate.

Generally well maintained. Pretty clean. However, if you ever have a problem with the machines or they eat your money, don't expect any response from the owner. I have left two messages and a letter in the Dropbox over the last month and have never heard a thing. Bad/nonexistent customer service

Always plenty of machines working. Plays great music and easy access to and from main roadway. Noticed some updated washers today.

Very clean, good atmosphere, all working machines, clean and functioning restroom and tv's for your wait time.

It is a lot better than it used to be. It has been years since I have had to use the laundry mat and I hated it. Now it is not so bad. It is clean. The machines work. And it did not take long.

I appreciate the cleanliness of this laundromat. Good lighting outside at night, felt safe. Dryers work fast!
