Southpointe Apartments, St. Louis MO

Great place to live. Amenities are nice to have! Anytime I have spoke with the manager in the office she’s so kind, friendly, and takes care of whatever I need right away! Look no further.

I have lived at Southpointe Apartments for a few years. Overall, my experience here has been positive and enjoyable.
With convenient access to the highways, the location in South County is great. The apartment complex is well laid-out, and my apartment has been well-maintained.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. Lease renewals are handled very efficiently.
The maintenance department has always been first-rate. Jobs are completed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their service.
I have enjoyed my stay at Southpointe and look forward to many more years here!

I swam at the pool and it was a very clean, enjoyable area. They gym has a good weight selection, cool AC even in this heat. The dog park was well kept when I visited.

I've lived here for several years, and management has always been excellent, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. They are always friendly when I call, and in the event of an emergency I can always get a response within a few minutes.

The move in process was very convenient and easy, everyone in the office is super nice and helpful, and maintenence always keeps it looking nice around here.

My daughter lives here, I visit her and use the pool in the summer. It’s always well kept and clean and the grounds are lovely

Recently moved out after living here for 2 years. The maintenance team is always responsive and efficient. The online portal is alright, but at times can be very punishing if you're off slightly for payments. Some of the neighbors are the best people I've met.

Not really a fan of the property manager or the corporate office.

I moved here in November and have to say from the online portal to the maintenance I would recommend this apt complex! Never have had to call for a maintenance issue, just put a request in online and they were super responsive and time efficient which is always reassuring! Application process was quick as well and the office answered all my questions and were very nice before I even was approved! All in all, the apartments are good quality, but the people running it do make living here more enjoyable. Would recommend 10/10!

My son is looking for an apartment in the Lindbergh School District which lead us to these apartments. They’re nice sized apartments with washers and dryers included. The office staff was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My son moves in next month.
