Staff was rude and massage was below average at best. Price more than doubled than what I was originally quoted by the time I left. The cheapest you’re gonna get is around $120. Go elsewhere, you won’t regret it. Definitely not going back.

I made my first Brazilian appointment in a while and my waxer, Raven, made my first visit very comfortable! Not only was the conversation was great, but the experience was Phonytail friendly! I can’t wait to utilize all the services provided!:)

I had a wax appointment, I checked in 15 min early (I like to respect someone’s time) the front desk (women) checked me in and said it would be a minute. No problem. Now it’s my appointment time about 10-15 min after I told her the front desk I’m leaving and she proceeded to tell me “ I told you she would be a minute”. “ it just 8 min pass”. “The tech is actually right here finishing another clients toes. No accountability! I asked why wouldn’t someone approach me after my appointment time to readdress that the tech will be another however many minute or so. Completely disappointed

Was charged wrong amount when I went many weeks ago. You know they over charged me! Since then, I’ve been unable to get a refund!

Been there twice and have really enjoyed their service. Ended each massage with a glass of champagne

Massagers and massages are great here love it! They did burn my face during lazer hair removal but I enjoy the massage
