Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I just moved here and found this place and couldn’t be happier with both my spray tans and the tanning beds.

Chad the owner of this store is extremely accommodating and the staff is all so nice! I have a gym membership at Planet Fitness and quickly learned the tanning beds there do not compare to the beds here. I thought that using the beds at the gym would get me tan and keep me tan but they do not. Don't be fooled by those gym tanning beds! This is a great place to tan with high quality beds and services and the staff makes me feel so welcome. Thank you Chad and Spa Tan staff!

I have been a long time member of Spa Tan for one reason. CHAD! This guy goes out of his way to make sure everyone and everyone gets great customer service. He also goes out of his way to get to know his customers. I was taking to a friend at the Chesterfield location about a fun raiser I was part of and Chad overheard the conversation. He immediately
put together a package that we auctioned off to help us out. Not many people go out of their way to do things like he does. It is things like this that make me a local customer! I will continue my tanning experience at SPA TAN!

First time, with this new ownership, checking in was all about sales. All I wanted was a spray tan maybe a cocktail with a regular tan also. He quoted me individual prices. Then tried selling me packages. I did a spray tan with little results for an outrageous price. Then he sells me another spray tan on my way out. Today I came to get my spray tan then he charges me $21 for cartridges. I don’t even use the cartridges or the tan and he refuses to refund me any money and blames everything on me when he could just be polite and try to work something out. He said that I told him I’m never coming back so why would he even try to make the situation OK. This is the owner. I would NEVER let a customer leave this unhappy. I even have the video of when I went back in to beg for my money back. Oh yea he refunded the $15 I paid I guess to stand in the tan booth? ! But then I paid another $21 that wasn’t refunded. He wasn’t willing to come to any other resolution besides me running back to get it done later that day. He did call me when I left and I asked for my money back and he said no. There’s nothing else to talk about but he also mentioned that he will probably use the cartridge. If I go to a restaurant and do not eat my food for whatever reason, they take it off the bill. If I buy bananas but I didn’t realize I didn’t get organic bananas so I had to go back, the grocery store will definitely refund my money. Anywhere you go if you don’t use something that you buy- MOST PLACES depending on their refund policy… will refund your money. This is the OWNER! And he can’t afford to pay me back? !

Chad and his team are AMAZING! So professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Only place our family goes to look our bronze best!

I have been a customer for 12 years. The staff are so great. Many options. Helps me get a base tan for summer or vacation. They always have deals and specials going on. Owner is just a great guy!

I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a tanning salon close to my new home. From the moment I called to ask a question about their beds, I knew that Chad and the staff at Spa TAN Chesterfield really knew their stuff. They were patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They not only answered several questions, both over the phone and in person, but they explained the details and background behind their answers. They were so, so friendly, and Kennedy was incredibly helpful when I asked her about options for teeth whitening, tanning beds and lotions. I love this place and won't go anywhere else! Excellent customer service, amazing knowledge about their products and services and convenient location!

I love tanning at Spa Tan. Owner Chad and his employees are so personable, welcoming and accommodating. They helped me determine which tanning bed I should use and the tanning time to develop color without burning. The facility is always so clean and the tanning beds are state of the art. I would recommend Spa Tan to anyone!

Spa Tan is AMAZING! They have the best tanning beds I have ever used and I even use to work at a different tanning salon. Honestly, no where else in this area can compete with the quality of this salon. They are very good at placing me in the right type of bed for a duration that leaves me tan but not burnt. Cannot recommend this place enough!

BEST place ever! Lots of beds to choose from too! Spray tans look real not fake orange. Been going here over 2 years! Chad is the best! All the people that work here are wonderful. Very clean well kept place. Chad does replace his beds bulbs when it's needed no skimping on your tan he pay to keep his salon kept up/ looking great! I can imagine going anywhere else! He even does teeth whitening. A very happy customer here.

Love Spa Tan! BEST. Even tan I have received. The Owner Chad is friendly and is very helpful in choosing the correct level spray. We have now been a couple of times and never disappoints.

I have been tanning on and off almost 15 years. Spa Tan has blown me away! First, their customer service is excellent! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Gabby, she’s awesome! Not only were their prices better than the competition but their beds are not only better but WAY BETTER! I’m just upset I didn’t know about this place sooner! Immediately after speaking with Gabby over the phone I drove straight there to check this place out for myself and I was expecting to be not too thrilled but I was WRONG! The place is amazing! I signed up for a membership and have never been more satisfied! Keep up the superb/ hardwork! You are doing a great job! I will be sticking with Spa Tan from here on out! Their customer service is second to none, their beds are second to none, need I say more? Having experienced, firsthand, all of the other establishments in the nearby / St. Louis area, I am confident when writing this statement! Wow. Chad knows the tanning business as he has been doing it for years. At his Chesterfield location, he has the Mystic Spray tan booth. For the first time in my life, someone gave me instructions for going in, how to keep my feet and hands from getting colored and looking unnatural. How to keep the tan going for over a week. At Spa Tan, I had my first spray tan where there was not a hint of orange and I got so many compliments about how good it looked, that it was crazy. So I went back for another try and again, I had such a great experience. Plus I got a few add ons like bronzer and good scents. Spa Tan is friendly, safe, easy and clean. Seriously, don't bother going anywhere else. If you've never done a spray tan, try it out a week or two before your big day. See how good it looks. Then, go two days before your actual event. You will be glad you did!

The Red Light therapy booth at Spa Tan has been a blessing for me since my Dr recommended it. I have dealt with ADHD and depression for years. I have been able to lower the medication dose dramatically since starting it. I would recommend it to anyone dealing with the same issues you will not be disappointed. One extra bonus i have found is ever since I started using it people say I look younger. Place is clean and great customer service.
