Felecia and Brianna do an awesome job. They always give the best advice and do amazing matches.

The store was very clean and organized making it easy to locate everything I needed. The store manager, Felicia was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering every question I had & even made helpful suggestions of products that would better suite my project perimeters.

Spectrum is my go to for paint in Lee’s Summit. Between rehabbing our rental properties and completely gutting our own home, we buy a lot of paint, and Spectrum Paint is my favorite place to go for all my projects. Recently I came in multiple times looking for just the right paint color for my kitchen cabinets - the prep work for painting cabinetry is always a nightmare and I wanted to make sure I got it just right. All the employees are wonderful, but Brianna in particular greeted me with a smile every time, remembered what project I was working on, and what my inspiration was. She patiently helped me find my paint color after I came in four times looking for the perfect one. I can’t recommend her or Spectrum enough!

Can't remember the gentleman's name but my receipt says DJH. Anyhow the man did a terrific job matching paints for me. 2nd to none customer service! Thank you!

This place and the employees can more than likely fulfill any of your painting needs. Quality products for both contractors and the DYI'ers.

I couldn't give enough stars to this local Spectrum Paint store. I had been looking for a stain to match an 15 yr.old stain that we had already applied to most of our posts around the house. Unfortunately we ran out of the old stain and had six posts to go. Unfortunately, Behr no longer makes the stain that we were using. Consequently, we were left with trying to get a match. However, if you go to Lowes or Home Depot.you can only get stains that are set in their brochure of colors. Even Sherwin Williams attempted to match the stain but it didn't look like stain, it looked like milky paint on the posts. I will give SW a thumbs up for recommending that we try Spectrum because they "are more specialized" then SW. So, I took one last stab at trying to find a stain that would blend well in the appearance of the front of our house with the previous old stain. THANK YOU, HEATHER, FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Went to buy paint there today. Was in the store a good 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. They knew I was there. I stood and waited with paint chips while the workers talked and helped a contractor that came in after me. I finally just walked out when the guy walked away from me the last time. My stepdad owns independent Benjamin Moore stores in California and I know their paint is best, so I am currently driving to Benjamin Moore in Grandview. I hope their customer service is better otherwise I'll be going to Westlake to get it!

Wanted some Benjamin Moore Advance paint and first checked at Westlake Ace Hardware because it was closer. The clerk there was not at all knowledgeable about the products so I went to Spectrum. There I found a VERY knowledgeable woman who steered me in the right direction. PLUS the paint was several dollars cheaper there than at Ace. Definitely pleased with my experience and will be back again.

I've been doing this since '95 and can testify that when it comes to customer service and quality products, Spectrum can't be beat!
