Speedco Truck Lube and Tires, Joplin MO

Good for tire change and oil change nothing more, so don't waste your time, but they got good services

Nice guys, but they need a leader to coordinate them better. It takes to to long to change a tire. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes in and out not almost 2 hours for a tire.

Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with their service for one little reason: I came to change oil for my Truck Volvo 760 and when I asked to let me have a little grease oil in a container for my fifth wheel so I could put it on it by myself they rejected saying I have a trailer. I have never had such a issue at all of speedco shops: they always gave me some grease into a container to save some time. I needed to save some time but they unconditionally denied me while I already paid for grease as well. I experienced poor customer experience here. They said ‘I don’t care ‘ which is too rude and unfriendly showing poor customer service. I wish speedco paid more attention to such customer care issues.

I had a very minor issue that needed to be fixed. They were not busy at all and staff got on it right away. Fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. Great service.

The manager is not nice, dirty, slippery.two hours oil change. I will never come here again. I remember this place a few years ago. It was very fast.

I checked in in the morning, I waited until it was my turn. Then suddenly they put another truck in-front of me for some reason and it was already getting dark. They take so long to fix 1 truck and I have a pick up for tomorrow morning and I could not wait any longer and they just want to refer me to other truck stop which will take even much longer time if I was going to do that. It was a ridiculous experience. I'd never want to come here to do a truck service in the future.

Needed to get my a/c compressor replaced and the customer service was excellent. Repairs were done quickly and everyone involved was friendly and professional.

How many people does it take to change one tire? Well I'll tell you they are using 5 and they are doing more skinning and grinning than working, I'm next in line for a patch and I don't know when they will get through farting around on this one tire replacement.

Great the mechanic Ron needs to be the manager there very knowledgeable about what he doing no knowledge of both about everything in the shop and very good with customers a good go get her

Been here a-lot of times, super fast service, experienced and no complaints. I always go here, even if I’m close to any other speedco for example Effinggham, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Lodi-Ohio, Hubbard-Ohio, Pennsylvania and etc, I don’t go there in-fact I don’t trust any other place. I only highly recommend Joplin, MO speedco for Oil change, 2nd choice CAT dealer THATZ IT.
