Speedco Truck Lube and Tires, Oak Grove MO

I really wish that I could give this place a 0. I was the second truck in line. It took 2 hours for 2 techs to perform a simple P. M. After I was pulled in, it’s taking over 2 1/2 hours to do a P. M.on my truck. These two tech’s together can’t figure out how to prime the fuel system. So I had to show them. There are 7 workers here and they’re only using 1 bay. This place is poorly managed and unorganized. Another driver, who drives the Loves fuel truck, is in here over 5 hours replacing ONE super-single tire. This place is pathetic. Go across the street to the Petro or T/A if you need service done.

Their mechanics don’t know what they’re doing. They overfilled my engine with oil and probably overtightened my oil plug because it’s now leaking oil through the drain plug adapter. You would think that because they specialize in oil changes that they would know what they’re doing, but these guys ain’t no different than Jiffy Lube “mechanics. ” I’m wondering how much they get paid.

I got to this place around 8: 45am no one in the repair bay I was told the mechanic hasn’t arrived yet then me mechanic came around 9: 20am open the bay for me he didn’t started immediately he took about 15 minutes to start he finished around 11: 10am they kept doing their things talking till 11: 38 before they started working my invoices I have used Loves for more than 9 years since I started trucking I prefer to go to loves and even after they bought Speedco I started to go to both I never had bad experience as this particular place This is complete rep off and waste of time they Just fix one marker on the tractor tail everything work both the signal and during brake but the red marker light doesn’t they charge me $360 only to fix it they didn’t change the light or anything please stay away from this place I won’t use loves and Speedco from now on I take my business to TA/Petro or other places

I can not say enough good things about this shop! We had a leaking valve stem on our Coach. We had to wait our turn which was a bit but they took good care of us! There were professional and courteous. I will use this business again! Thank you!

Called these guys for a mobile repair. They said they would be out in 2.5 hours. Never called never showed up. Bunch of POS.

Don't come here if you're a woman, you'll be ignored. I pulled in and 2 trucks pulled in BEHIND me. They both got right in and I was left there like I didn't exist. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This place a joke, they rather tell me that after the tire tech takes his break they closing for the night and it was 947pm, how long is the tech break, this what America coming too nothing but lazy white folks, you guys need some Mexicans working there so they can show you all how to work.

This is my 3rd time here in last 4 months for oil change but all the time they out of filters

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Talked to the guy and told him I needed 15w40 oil on a Volvo D13, made me go there an hour later he tells me oh we don’t have oil and neither filter!
Don’t waste your time at this hole!

If it was possible to put below zero, I would put - 100, they need to work maximum as cleaners

They was good got me in and out, reminder make sure you use your loves card for extra points

If you have nothing else to do for the whole day, and you would like to watch how a dysfunctional company works, then visit Speedco! Management here blows my mind, can definitely tell everyone is paid by the hour, and they Milk it better than dairy farmers! Avoid unless you just enjoy wasting your day

I wasted 2 1/2 hours waiting to get a lube and DOT inspection on my trailer to then be told there was nobody there that could do the inspection.
Do not come here. It is run by complete ineptitude.

They spend more time trying not to do a oil change than they would if they just did it! Just left. One guy was waiting 2 hours and then was told they didn’t have his filters!
