Spira Care Crossroads, Kansas City MO

I understand the rules are rules but when someone has a life-threatening illness like Covid in one minute outside of the 10 minute window to see a doctor and they turned away with chest pains that pretty much sucks. I love my primary care doctor here and I was seeing any different doctor this particular day. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to help me find another clinic back on the other side of town. I already drove to the clinic with Covid Fatigue, tired, and feeling as if I was going to pass out in a fortunately spiral CARE does not allow you to see outside doctors such as emergency room doctors and urgent care doctors are you will be charged but they were offering to get me into an appointment a few days away. I literally have chest pains and Covid. I don’t know if I will be here in a few days if I’m not checked to make sure everything is OK I am not happy with the service that I receive the spiral CARE when it comes to things like this, they are not accommodating to people and they know that they do not offer any type of medical emergency coverage if your job offer spiral care insurance, you need another option that’s more affordable I would definitely go with that option especially if it would you need to see any emergency emergency room doctor in case of an emergency, or even specialist spiral. CARE does not care when it comes to things like this, apparently.

Amber Vining is the best, she listened to all my concerns. I went to another clinic near by and they told me I was fine. She is actually testing me for a few things. I have already recommended her to my coworkers and family

I love Spira Care in general. Today I had an appointment with Amber. I have never had a Dr care so much! She is beyond amazing and I will continue my care with her as long as she is around.

I have nothing but good things to say about Spira in general. But Amber Vining at Crossroads in phenomenal. She has listened and met every need I have with a head on approach. My grandpa recently passed away and I was talking about it to her and she got up and asked if she could give me a hug. Just a very kind and compassionate person to her patients.

Just coming back in to say I still really like Amber! I hope she never leaves Spira because she has been so wonderful as my provider. The young lady who takes your bp and weight is always really nice too. Keep up the great work ladies. You give Spira a great reputation!

I just had a really great appointment here. Everyone I encountered was so friendly, nice, respectful and helpful. Honestly, I was worried about changing to this plan with Doctors I didn't know, but this experience really made me feel good about the change. I won't hesitate to make another appointment and return if needed.

This place is amazing. I loved my care here so much, and I felt like my provider was going above and beyond to check everything and really listen. Plus got labs and an X-ray at the same visit, super convenient.

I’ve been a member of Spira Care for 4 years now. I truly like the Crossroads office the most. Dr. Zheng is my doctor and he is a caring doctor. He always ask what else is going on with me and I believe that it is genuine. The office is clean and the staff are polite. The doctor is knowledgeable and when I tell him what my problem is he always figures it out.

I would never come back. The security guard woman was very hateful and unpleasant for no reason.

Just called, I talked with an amazing woman named Lorraine, she answered all my questions and I’m certain Spira care is the best fit for me. Thank you Lorraine:). Always Clean. Fast Service. Easy to get appointments. The have free snacks and coffee/tea/coco. Eco friendly practices. Overall a great experience
