On March 6th 2023 I sent my bill to Spire. They held my check for 3 WEEKS causing a late fee of $2.85. Talked to one of their representatives about the problem. The lady I talked to just laughed and said that I still owed the late fee. Rudest POS I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. I’ll NEVER pay the late fee. Now it’s 5 months later and they still want me to pay the2.85. Considering court action!
