2 minutes late after waiting for 2 and a half hours wait that they initially said would be 90 minutes. They bumped my son and said I would have to get back on the end of the waitlist. Just said they were sort staffed today and overbooked. Didn't care at all.

This might have been one of the fastest haircuts I've ever had, but also one of the best.

I left feeling confident that I'd use their services again.

Don't believe time of arrival; I checked in online and got there a few minutes before 'get there time' after waiting 40 minutes my wait time started going up; so I left.

Great first experience. I had been using my previous stylist for over 15 years but the hours had to change so I gave sports clips a try. Truly impressed. For only 8 dollars more than I was paying, I got a massaging shampoo with a hot towel, hair styled and a quick massage. Definitely will be back.

Danielle did an amazing job, I've got kinda crazy and tricky hair, but she tamed it and turned it back into a very well-groomed cut. I have to give props from the MVP treatment as well, she took her time to confirm what products I wanted used and made a great recommendation to go with a hot towel first then the cold towel second. I will definitely be booking my next cut with her.

Great experience, Skyler cut my son's hair and did amazing, worked well with him even though he's pretty shy. He was scared to get his hair cut and he really enjoyed himself. Check in process was easy and lobby was comfortable.

I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. I was still able to get in a chair within 15 minutes. I asked for a military high fade. Within 15 minutes she was finished and it was exactly as expected. She rinsed my hair. I paid and was out. I couldn't be happier.

Went in today for a haircut. Lindsay did an amazing job! Every cut I’ve had here has been amazing!
