I liked the haircut. During it she asked me if I wanted the super shaver saying it helps smooth out the lines. I agreed. I was disappointed to see the $10 add on afterward. I wish she would’ve told me the super shaver is an added cost before doing it.

Kristin was the best! She knew exactly what was described and knocked it out of the park!

Most unorganized business I have visited. 4 girls working and one cutting hair. Not sure where the other girls were. Will not go back. Set there about 15 minutes.

We came in last night for my sons first haircut. Brandy did absolutely amazing and was so patient with my son even though he was pretty upset and not having it. His haircut turned out so good & he looks adorable! Thank you so much brandy!

I go to Sportclips a lot and I normally go to the Gladstone location however, the only place available was this location near Parkville. I took my two sons to get haircut and they both got haircuts that were way to short. I specifically show them pictures how I want it but they were More interested in get it done and close the store. It wasn’t just one person because my sons got haircuts from two different people. It’s outrageous to charge $23 for a kids haircut and still do a really poor job. We will definitely not come back to this location.

Amber is awesome! She really knows what she’s doing even with longer haired clients. I had to bring my baby and she was so patient and understanding. My hair looks so much healthier and has body to it now. Thank you!

Horrible experience, I got off work early to get my hair cut for the weekend. Waited in the store for 30+ minutes and when I was on deck all checked in the next two hair stylists finished at the same time and called the names of the two people after me on the list who had came in after me. When I confronted them about it they said they were in front of me. Will never go back to this location. Horrible customer service.
