9Worst haircut I've ever had. Left and went to competitor to fix the disastrous haircut.
Walked right in. This was a first nice people, clean store. Go for the full treatment you'll be glad you did.
I will ONLY visit the Fenton location! The staff is always friendly AND funny and genuinely care about the clients!
Very great place, clean, and quick. I rarely have to Waite and have yet to have a bad haircut from any of the employees. I like how they greet you at the door and they are great with kids too. 10/10 would recommend.
When I was asked what I would like to be done with my hair, the hairstylist prompted me with a disgusted and disgruntled face and told me “I don’t know what that is” I asked for scissor cut medium length…… I’m not even gonna bring up the fact a dirty comb was almost used on my head with someone else’s hair visibly still stuck in the teeth of the comb, and it took another hair stylist to say something.
This place continues to blow my mind. Either have appointments or don’t. Pick a side. Front says no appointments necessary. First thing they ask is if you “check in” aka set an appointment online. How about service for those present in the store right now.
Fenton sports clips is amazing. Not only did they cut my hair like it was their own. But Sharon provided amazing customer service. She was welcoming, polite, and funny. They have earned themselves a lifelong customer. I am still speechless at my amazing haircut.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I checked in online, arrived just in time to receive notification that we were on deck and were next. "Batter up". I went in, checked in with woman at counter. She didn't say anything so I sat down. Then they proceeded to call 2 more people. I then looked at board and it went from "On deck" to 52 mins. I was completely confused and annoyed. None of the stylists were available to ask as they were all talking and laughing. Needless to say we left and will not return.
This place is terrible. I took my son to get a haircut. The lady named Jennifer messed his hair up so bad my son start crying then the whole time she’s complaining to her coworker that she has a bad headache and she was having a hung over, then she keep farting, then she ran to the sink to throw up, then she gose to the bathroom for another 30 min! This place is a total disaster
