Walked in, after not being in for some time, and one of the barbers accosted me to determine if I had "checked in online. " I told her I wasn't aware that was an option. She declined to see me without any further explanation about checking in online. Sorry lady, I don't know how this works. No thanks needed to you for offering an explanation or place where one could be found.

This location is my absolute favorite and the only place I will go thanks to Shelley! She knows what she is doing and always takes care of me! Double MVP? Of course, EVERYTIME! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave after her service! The products they sell are amazing and I only buy from her due to her outstanding knowledge about each and every product. Sorry to rambling on. Just glad to have Shelley here and I hope she stays forever! Thank you and thanks Sports Clips for hiring Great People!

All I know is that you guys need to give Tori and Tara raises or promotions or something because they are the keys to repeat business via excellence customer service. I've only had them two but if other stylists are anything like them, y'all are hitting the mark. My compliments

Was able to get in fast. Staff was friendly and polite. Used the app to find the best time with no wait and checked in before I got there. Everything is clean and comfortable.

My husband visited on veterans day Nov 11,2022 at Central Park location in Fredericksburg, VA. According to my husband they were very rude and not helpful. He is disabled, cannot type and see properly as he had cataract surgery. No one helped him. But insisted that he need to type all the information in the computer. I think it is a Discrimination to disabled veterans who cannot type. Sport clip should have specific info.to the disabled
veterans to be prepared ahead of time. My husband left the place without his haircut.

Worst experience I have ever had I told the stylist what I wanted and it was completely disregarded. And she ran off on her own thing doing whatever she wanted with my hair. I will never go back here and waste my money as I did today.

I am pleased with my haircut, but do not like, that I can only check in for the next available opening.

If I could give a 0 star I would they have a stylist there named Kelsey. Don't ever choose to get your haircut by her she thinks she's above and beyond normal courtesy. We scheduled an appointment for my son was told to be there a quarter to 3: 45 got there on time I'm set and wait until almost 415. Watched as other people were being seated asked where we were and the line with having an appointment. She stated she was to take care of the 1st available people first consisting of people with beard trims and clean ups prior to taking care of my son. In actuality she was putting her existing clients in front of her new clients.

She is very unprofessional no one there stepped in. After I left I called and asked to speak with the manager who explained to me that is not how that process should have taken place. We have been to other sports clips we knew that wasn't normal operation. We are not happy customers!

Chandra was absolutely amazing! She gave me the most perfect haircut ever. She could not have been any better. It was the best over all experience.

It was great that it was so easy to make the appointment online and the people working there were pleasant and professional; however, their wait times were pretty high that weekend (which is expected with a nicer place). However, after waiting over an hour for a full haircut and style with hot towel and everything and tipping extra when paying, our son was noticeably unhappy with his cut and style and went home and cut it himself. $40 to cut it himself…. SMH. We were really hoping for more skilled service there than some of these other places…. More communication from the stylist (whom I don’t think we caught the name of) may have helped. They didn’t assure our satisfaction before we left but we’re in a hurry to get to other customers. We may try them again once more. Maybe it’ll be different on a slower day. But we had high expectations that really weren’t met the first time. I’ll change my review if we try them again and that improves.

The store was clean and organized. Everyone was very friendly, and Torrie, my stylist, did an amazing job! I will definitely be back!
