Now i would leave a negative star review if there something for that but usually no place that exists that should have a negative star, but wait until you go to this one, now i know other that have came here with different people that cut their hair but seems to me that all but a guy do a bad job.i was going from long to short hair, what i asked was maybe 3 inches on top (coming from 6-7) and not only did the person mess up by not 1, not 2, but i ended up coming out with less than 1 inch of hair on my head.they took like 30-40ish minutes to do it (really never takes that long for what they did) after all that they do any of the wanted washing to my hair or anything like that, and she put product in my hair which not only do i not really like to use, she didnt ask if i wanted it, and what person is going to want product in their hair if they are going to take a shower right after (and if you dont then you are weird). Long story short i think i would rather have edward scissorhands or helen keller cut my hair because now it looks like i have bald patches (im not even 20), i think i would rather be bald coming out of this experience.and ive been to other sports clips and they dont seem bad, i think i would actually go there almost every time i needed a haircut but i wouldnt wish my worst enemies or people i hate to go here.

I like the check in system they have here so there is no waiting. Check in using the app and you get a text when you need to be there. Stylist are always attentive and do a good job. It's a little pricey, especially if you get the MVP.

Love the convenience of getting an appointment the same day at a time I prefer. Have had great haircuts here in Lees Summit, and Mesa, Arizona each winter.

I am been taking all 4 if my grandsons here for the haircuts for years. The always get the same cut for the same price. ($25) Today… Without ask for anything different, I was charged $25 plus $10 design fee. I will never go back.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be skipped over and watch 2 people go on break and another clock out. Never going back. They have ZERO management skills. Haircuts are also worthless.

Jenna and Tori were excellent. I went with my 6 year old son. Haircuts were skillfully done and they were kind to converse with him at his level. Will be back.

I showed up to this location 30 minutes early. I watched everyone go in front of me. This made no sense because they push online check in. I was waiting for the online check in to open it says 11 am is when it opens. Then at 11 am it says 5min before you can check in. I used this company for 5 years plus but haven't used them for 6 years. I thought I would give it another chance because it has been a while. I have now wasted a hour of my day off. News flash Sports Clips you are not the only people that cut hair.
