This place was fast and efficient, a much better Trim then any other place I’ve been. The staff is friendly and the decor is awesome.

They did a great job cutting my hair. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The App made scheduling really easy. So I didn’t have to wait at the store. I was able to clean my house while waiting on my haircut. I’ll forsure be back again

Wait was 50 minutes ok so I sit down, what seemed to be the manager said she couldn’t do my cut but when someone frees up they may sneak me in sooner than an hour, her boyfriend comes to the store and she makes sure he gets his cut before she leaves, other stylists there no problem just extremely unprofessional, over an hour passes and I notice I’m not on the waiting list anymore. Hmm maybe it’s a fluke I could just be next up, the stylists finish their cuts and call for 2 other people that just walked in, I sat there for about 2 hours before I walked out. Absolutely ridiculous

They have online check In. I know it gets busy so I did online check In the wait time said 55 mins. Which was perfect I could go during my lunch. When I got there and said I had checked I. Online she told me wait time would be about 65 mins and asked if that was ok. I told her it wasn’t I only have an hour lunch that’s why I checked in online. So from the check in time online to the time she told me would have been two hours. What is the point of checking in online when it means nothing.

Waited 30 minutes longer than I was told while 2 of the 4 employees chairs weren’t even occupied. Thanks for wasting my time.

I came for a haircut and she tried to up sell me 4 times before she even touched my hair. Enough with the car sales tactics for a simple haircut, that’s what I asked for after all. Just a haircut.

Crystal did an outstanding job in Saint Joseph, MO.on 07-09-2020. Cleanliness of the store and work station were spic and span. The shampoo felt great, and her upbeat attitude and enthusiasm over her job shone through. I'm very impressed with my haircut! *Please remember to tip well, for a job well done.

Not sure what changed in the last couple weeks, I’ve gone here for 3 years and never had any issues. But will not be returning. Would not recommend!

Checked in online. Arrived at suggested arrival time. Was told to wait in my car and was told they would text me when ready. After 20 minutes of waiting in my car, I went back in the store to inquire. That's when I was told my stylist went on her lunch break.

That's how they treat customers. Never again.

They never have enough stylist on duty. Every time I have gone in to try to get a trim they warn of a 2hr weight. Clearly whoever's manages this location needs a different direction in life.

The Store Manager here is amazing! I cannot remember her name but she is both personable and professional. Not to mention she actually knows how to cut hair!

Haircuts have always been fine. They've taken several people ahead of me when I check in online. Might want to consider other haircut options as the price is more than some other places when you include the hassle.
