I have had haircuts here before and never had an issue but I got a haircut from a lady named Ashley today and it is for sure the worst haircut I have ever had. I also asked for a beard trim and never received one. She didn’t seem like she was all there to be honest. I paid for my haircut and still tipped but this lady shouldn’t be cutting hair for anyone until she receives some training. I am very unhappy with my hair and will be going to another barber today to get my hair fixed.

If I could rate this haircut a ZERO I would! This was by far the worst haircut my son has ever received. Samantha was the stylist. I showed her a picture of exactly what we wanted. The same exact picture I show everyone else and they seem to get it right. Not only did I show her the picture (x2). I also made it very clear to steer on the longer side. I just wanted the back and sides cleaned up. Let’s just say, she butchered his hair. She was side tracked the whole time and engaging with the guy in the chair next to my son. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy. She should be ashamed of herself and you might want to be more selective on the stylists you hire and/or provide drug tests before and during employment. We had senior pics scheduled for that day which I have to reschedule now because of this very poor haircut she did. I am absolutely disgusted and super inconvenienced!

My daughter and myself went there to get a haircut from Samantha and she is wonderful. She knows what she is doing and very friendly. My daughter wanted to go back to her friend and won’t go to anyone else but her now. Thank you again Samantha we both love our haircut.

It was really my worst experience to have a haircut in sport clips. I called them before going for haircut to make sure whether they can cut the hair the way I want it. They replied, they can. Lady who was there for my haircut, she was completely unaware of it what she was doing. She messed up my hair and other lady intervene to fix it. I am not against any new trainee but they should explicitly mention they are new joinee and they should charge the customer accordingly like the hair dressing school does to train their students where customer can have haircut with really cheap price. And they should stop calling themself professional saloon. It was my worst experience and never going to go back again.

I have yet to have a bad, or even an average experience at this location. Every visit is comfortable and welcoming

What happened this evening? I signed in with zero min wait, 5 min later it was 22 min and walked out at almost an hour. Was asked "do you have 10 minutes". After waiting an hour past my appointment? ! Nope and won't be back. This location has gone down fast.

I am currently sitting here waiting for a haircut. There are 2 girls working here today. I checked jn 15 min ago. The girl at the front thinks its more important to get the waiting room tv working then cut hair. While the other girl is doing her job. Update. It's been 5 years and your system is still suffering. When you check in online and it tells you to be there at 10am. And you check in. And it takes 2 hours to get your hair cut you need to re evaluate your process. On another subject bri is great. And anyone who gets fades needs to use her and only her.

I use to come often, however, lately the quality and attitude has definitely changed. I just heard one of your stylists asking a customer why it took him so long to get a haircut. Not to mention your wait times are now very inaccurate. I have started going down the road to the Cottleville store.

I went there with a free haircut coupon and ended up paying more than the cost of a haircut.
Obviously business is slow, so they lure new customers in with a free haircut coupon. Once inside, they tell you it is your lucky day, first-time customers get the MPV (additional service) for free. But, when you go to checkout, they hand you a bill. No free haircut and no free MPV service for first-time customers. TOTAL RACKET! And the cut was poor. AVOID! There are lots of other places that give great haircuts for less.

Oh my gosh. I had the worst haircut of my life today at this place. I asked for a simple fade. I even had a picture to show the stylist. She was new and extremely nervous. The girl with the colored hair was obviously a new manager and also very nervous. The new girl ended up completely destroying my hair to the point where they comped my cut. They tried to fix it but it's really bad. I ended up just buzzing my head when I got home. Horrific experience. They called the manager who basically just told them to fix it. I won't be going back. Please make sure your stylists are capable of cutting hair before you hire them.

Amazing, but don't go with the colored hair girl. She will destroy your hair. Everyone else is super nice and good though! The colored hair girl made my boyfriend and this other little bot look like they went through the woodchipper

I should have known better to get my haircut here. The haircut was rushed and not at all what I asked for. The lighting is terrible in there so you can't really tell until you leave but there's lines all over my head. I would not recommend going here and I definitely wouldn't recommend the lady with purple hair and purple lips. She's lazy couldn't even get the hair off of me correctly using a wave brush to brush hair off of my neck, might as well use a scouring pad.

First time ever going here and man was I impressed! Jen was absolutely amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience anywhere. Definitely recommend!
