Sport Clips Haircuts of Washington

I came here on the Saturday before New Year's Eve at around 4: 30 pm, which they where closing at 6. Ashley M.cut and styled my hair, which I was very impressed. I did get the MVP treatment that included the following in this order; a styled hair cut to your preference, then a wash and rinse with a head massage, (which Ashley explained she was trained by Sport Clips to massage certain pressure points to relax and relieve everyday pressures). The combination of the warm water, shampoo and conditioner, was a perfect combination well worth the extra cost. We then went back to her hair station where she blow dried my hair. Then added hair products to finally finish her master piece. The whole experience was awesomely-perfect. Ashley was very easy to talk to, and even more important, wasn't in a hurry, even though it was at the end of her shift, and they had a line waiting. If this all wasn't enough, they had a rerun game with the Chiefs and Broncos playing on all the numerous TV's throughout the place. I would highly recommend getting a haircut here, and also treating yourself to the MVP treatment. It's well worth every penny spent.

Ashley washed my hair, then cut it and trimmed back my beard and moustache. Then, she washed my hair again. I asked for a mullet haircut. Business in the front and party in the back. I asked for all of that and paid for it. I am very satisfied with the results.

Abbey (I think thats the spelling, 5'3" girl w/ dark hair) has always been fantastic for me since Kaylee left. Abbey has been my go to every time I visit and she even cut my hair for my wedding, which the wife loved. She gets 6 stars from me.

I get great service every time no matter who cuts my hair. Very friendly staff and a nice way to pamper yourself. I definitely recommend the VIP service. Check in online and save a wait

Went to get my hair cut last minute for my engagement photos. Abby took a lot of time and made sure my hair looked perfect. Very pleased with the experience.

You guys REALLY need to update your online checkin policy. We checked in to get my son a haircut and apparently we didn’t get in fast enough so it dropped us and we had to resign in. Then we got here, we were ready to go, she said we were next but took her sweet time cleaning and vacuuming and in the process, someone else who checked in came in and they took him back and we had to wait. Then another, and another. This is absolutely ridiculous because I know that initially we had checked in before all of these others and maybe next time, don’t take your sweet time vacuuming and cleaning when you’ve got customers waiting.

Got a haircut from Ashlee, and it was great. I just payed for one hair cut, but she cut all of my hairs! 10/10 reccomend. People have been telling me all day, "I like ya cut, G"

Hard to get the same quality each time as the staff is always changing. It's decent for the price and convenience.

Brought my teenage daughter here for a haircut. She wanted a more androgynous cut. Everyone was super nice and welcoming! She got EXACTLY what she wanted. She showed the stylist 2 different pictures and the stylist came up with the perfect combination of the 2.

This place has a friendly staff that always greets you. They get the haircut right most of the time.

Abagail the manager and the desk associate by far had the worst customer service skills. My toddler and husband were there for over an hour (online it said no wait.) They didn’t put my son on the list (a miscommunication). Had my 3 year old waiting over an hour, then said they could fit him after saying they had to put him on the bottom of the waitlist far from the time of my husbands cut in and had my husband come back after they left. When my husband got there they had him wait another long period of time. It’s been over two hours and they just came home with mo haircut. Don’t waste your money. The haircuts never look good when they go there anyway, we just needed something quick which did not happen. Get a barber, washingtons location needs tlc.

When in to get a haircut, got over charged for a service that the hairstyles didn't not bother to tell me it was going to cost extra. Left a review and had the place give me a call the next day. Stating that its my fault for not know that. That i should know that I'm getting charge for it. Only thing they told me was that there sorry that I wasn't paying attention. Not really customer friendly about that comment. Couldn't even offer a refund for the difference.

I have a son that is autistic and it’s always horrible to try to get him a hair cut. Either the stylist doesn’t wanna mess with him any longer or they just don’t want to take him at all. Today we ventured to Washington sports clips. I explained to the girl on the phone my son is autistic and doesn’t sit well and she recommended Abbey. We were not disappointed at all. Even though he definitely didn’t sit still she was super patient and sweet. And she did a great job considering he barely could keep still. 10/10 best experience we’ve had. We will definitely be back to visit Abbey. She turned a dreaded experience into something great and has my little guy looking handsome as heck! Thank you Abbey
