Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital - EAST, Springfield MO

We switched to Spring Valley based on a friend's recommendation about 3 years ago. They are always super nice, accommodating, and helpful! I feel like we can trust their advice. One of our dogs gets scared and can be aggressive at the vet, but they're very understanding. They handle him with care and confidence so he feels more comfortable. Overall, we've had nothing but great experiences with Spring Valley. I have and would recommend them to a friend!

This place was amazing for my cat. I just picked her up today after she needed a surgery and they took wonderful care of her. You can tell they love what they do and every employee I spoke to was so kind and informative. They were considerate of my budget while still providing excellent care to my cat. I'm a customer for life now and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Batman's favorite vet! He has been going there for years and they are so understanding and explain everything on a way that's easy to understand

I have been bringing my Greyhounds to Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital for about 18 years. I love and trust Dr. Scott, her entire staff completely. Everyone treats your pet as if they were their own beloved pet If you want the "Best Care" for your pet or pets. I highly recommend, Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital in Springfield Missouri!

This is the best experience I could have had with my cat they helped me and they are so kind and giving there. I appreciate everything they did for us. I will give them five stars everyday. They really care about animals will continue to go to them when my animal is sick thank you thank you

The whole staff is wonderful. I and my pets are treated great and I trust them completely.

Not impressed with curbside. Would you hand your child out a window to see a Dr.that you can't talk to. Our pets are like children. I won't be back

They are continuing to allow only curbside pickup for vet visits in fall 2022. This makes communicating with the vet like a game of telephone. A vet tech has to come out and stand by your car window (in the rain, cold, heat, or snow), and relay everything to the vet inside. This continually causes errors and communication problems.

I sent them records from previous vets, but they never integrated them into their system, so they have made several mistakes based on not knowing the medical history of the animal.

I think they are competent vets and techs, but I don't think their curbside model allows for proper care of animals.

I really do love the staff and vets here however they are still doing curbside and I do not believe you can get the best level of care playing telephone with the vet. We did take our new dog there once but until they open back for in person service, we are sadly taking our dog elsewhere. Again, staff is great, vets are so caring but I just am not in love with the current business model in November 2022.

We've taken all of our animals here for years now and everyone is always amazing. The prices are also very reasonable to boot.

It is very difficult to cut our dogs nails because of her anxiety about it. The staff here got it done and showed us how best to do it at home ourselves. Seems a little thing but it's not when you have an anxious rescue dog.

Spring Valley Vet Clinic East and West both are just amazing! They always take the best care of our animals, even at their last moments. I am so grateful to have a vet 8n Springfield that I don't have to worry when I take my pets there. Some things are pricey but what vet isn't really?

My little rusty boy an apple head Chihuahua 8 years old had collapsed was unresponsive his tongue was pale white heart rate was weak and his breathing was shallow I panicked we grabbed him drove him to the emergency clinic which was closed and would not open for 3 hours so we looked online and found Spring Valley East on maps I called them immediately even though we had never been there before nor had an appointment I told him exactly what was going on and they penciled us and took us immediately which I found to be a God blessing Dr Megan Berlin a very beautiful and compassionate veterinarian did some blood work and took care of my little rusty boy and I was able to take him back home that evening I have nothing but Extreme respect for that doctor and her staff which were very polite very professional and extremely compassionate I will be there until the day I die as a customer and client I will be bringing all my puppies to there and nowhere else I highly recommend I mean I can't say a good enough things about this Clinic

Took my special little Marley boy for his rabies shot. Spring Valley Veterinary is a great place, caring, very responsive to email questions.

Spring Valley isn't my routine vet that I go to but I was desperately calling around to get my dog in quickly for an emergency. I went down the list of vets and Springfield, calling each one, each unable to get me in, even my own vet.

I called Spring Valley East at 3pm on a Friday because my dog had got into a fight with something and had punctures and was bleeding. They graciously accepted me and squeezed in my doggo to get checked out within 30 minutes of me calling them! Not only did they take care of my dog that day, they were kind enough to call and check in on her a few days later to make sure she was doing alright.

I highly recommend this place and believe that they will treat your pet with the best medical attention and treatment! Thank you!

They have you text when you arrive and then they come and get your dog and I actually liked doing that a lot. They treated my dog so well and I could tell they really cared about him! Will definitely be establishing vet care here for all my dogs. Thank you for taking great care of my baby, Bear!
