Springfield Hearing Center

I had been searching for this location since seeing the KY3 commercials for them. I just knew I wanted to try them. This was my third hearing test within the past year. The others were good, but this one was the most informative. Sharing actual details of the test rather than just the outcome. My first hearing aids so I have a lot of questions. I am nervous and excited all at the same time. Sarah and Tina both took the time to explain how our hearing works and the differences in hearing aid products. They offered me a loaner pair to try for a few days before making my final leap to purchase and become a full-time hearing aid wearer. I am looking forward to the future and hearing things I did not realize I was not hearing.

Sarah is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. She helped my husband and me with our hearing aids and adjusted them for us. Do I need to go on? She has helped us more than anyone. Thank you, Sarah!

Amazing the difference hearing aids have made. The ease of control with a smart phone as well as the sharp crisp sound I can hear is incredible. Not like the aids my mom used to complain about. My father-in-law had purchased a set from another Springfield merchant, and they could never get the hearing aids programmed right for him. Had multiple trips to Springfield to try to adjust the aides. He called Springfield Hearing and was told to come in and they would work on the programming. All staff was wonderful! Tina Mottl was able to within minutes program the aides to make them work for my father-in-law. She listened passionately to his complaints and knew instantly what needed to be done. We would highly recommend the Springfield Hearing Center to anyone needing hearing aids. They went over and above what was expected.
