Our dog needed a serious nail trim, as well as treatment for a yeast infection in his ears. The staff is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They took great care of our dog, and gave us a comprehensive plan to help with his allergies - using multiple approaches and really helping us understand his dietary needs. There's an in-house pharmacy, so they filled his prescription before we left, and he was able to get started on his new medication right away.

The pricing is very affordable, and they do accept Care Credit.

Most importantly, to me, Dr. Cynthia came in and sat right down on the floor to keep building a relationship with our dog while talking us through all the information we needed to know. It's clear that the staff loves the animals they deal with (even drama Queens like our dog). I feel confident in having this as our new veterinarian for all of our pets.

Brought my cat in due to some hair loss along with a sore on her belly. The checkin was painless and fast. The vet saw us maybe five minutes later. He was professional and didn't talk down to me. Set up a plan to see what the possible cause could be and we left. Very nice experience.

My cats aren't scared of this place. That's saying something. Also they have a large floofy cat roaming the lobby which I could only assume is their manager and floofy cat very supportive.

Dr Cynthia and team provide professional and compassionate treatment. As my dog's needs become increasingly complex, I especially appreciate having a supportive care team. Drs Heath, Cynthia and team have provided excellent care for my pets for years. I truly feel blessed to have them caring for Mojo. Absolutely the best!

So appreciative of the kindness and professionalism of Doctor and staff as my 13 year old Corgi, Stormy, receives acupuncture for his spine/hips.

Great service. I just adopted my dog, he came from a home where he was neglected and not fed properly. I was anxious about how he would behave at the vet. The staff here were so patient and kept him calm the whole time with treats and toys to keep him occupied while they made sure he was healthy.
Also very reasonable price range for the care of my pet. However, the treatment we received would have been well worth any price tag. Overall a great experience!

Dr. Heath and Cynthia are caring and able vets. I used to use a different vet but after enduring months of treatment for my injured pet, it started as a minor foot injury, I frantically looked for another vet to help. It was too late to reverse the damage and the "animal staph" my dog had contracted. I had to "put-down" my dog and have attended the same for a family member's pet. An awful experience for anyone but it is evident by the care provided, they truly love animals and make the procedure as calming and comfortable as possible for the pet and owner. My new four-legged companion loves the staff, Dr. Heath and Dr. Cynthia. I cannot recommend them enough.

More expensive than some other vets but you get what you pay for. In my opinion one of the best Veterinary clinics around and the staff is amazing.

Went here twice because our cat was acting weird. First problem was one vet told us one thing. The second vet told us the opposite. Both did agree he was healthy and kept pushing teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, my cat is dead now. Worst part is we won't know why.

My dog is not as friendly as others, but the people here did their best to make him feel as not stressed out as possible. I loved how they got on the floor with him to interact with him. They were very nice and informative. I was surprised by the end he was actually wagging his tail at one of the Veterinary Techs.

I really enjoy the vet getting down on the floor and really taking the time to look at our dog.

From entering the clinic, to checking in, to the examination and post exam check out has always been simple and hassle free. This clinic is awesome. From scheduling an appointment to picking up my fur baby following a heavy duty procedure, everyone was kind compassionate and knowledgeable. They even take into consideration your pet's stress regarding a vet visit and make them as comfortable as possible.

We have a new 8 week Boston Terrier that we took to Springfield Vet yesterday for the first time. Absolutely pleased with the service, attitudes and genuine care shown to our little boy. The whole team was so professional, but took time to talk to you and explain everything. Dr Cynthia Wiseman is so wonderful, she sat in the floor did Logan's exam and played with him. What bedside manners. I will continue to use them, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional vet.
