Springhill Apartments, Republic MO

When I first came to Pinewood Park, now Spring Hill apartments, I was just visiting my boyfriend who lived here with his roommate at the time. Super clean area, nice pool, clean apartments, patios and breezeways. A year down the road, my boyfriend and I decide to move in with one another, and we actually decided to stay here and get an apartment of our own. I had heard stories before moving in about how cool and responsive Lacy (apartment manager) was with the tenants here. I have experienced it first hand, where she responds quickly and answers my questions beyond with more information I might need as well— ALWAYS with a positive attitude! Super impressed with the management here and the maintenance crew, super attentive and great responses and feedback about any questions I ever have. Great atmosphere to live in!

I desperately needed a place I could afford as a single mother in a safer city and I got that when I moved to Spring Hill Apartments. Lacy, the apartment manager, was very informative and always responsive from day 1. She always had a bubbly and positive energy and was always kind to me and my son. Our apartment was remodeled and nice and any maintenance issues I had, were handled within a reasonable time frame. There were fun apartment activities put on by management and I always appreciated that. I personally felt like Lacy went above and beyond for the residents.
The only 2 things i could say I wasn't a fan of was, an issue with a lot of random kids running around who did not live in either of the 2 apartment complexes and very little kitchen cabinet space. I do know that management tried their best to control the random kids coming in and out and there's just only so much they could do.

Been living here for two years now. Lacy has always been amazing. She always helps with anything apartment wise, but is also just a good person in general. Maintenance guys are also amazing when it comes to helping with any maintenance requests within a good time frame. Never had to wake more then a day for them to come take a look. They are also respectful of little kids in the house when it comes to nap time. Couldn’t think of a better place for my fiancé and I to start out or little family.

Lived here for two years handicap management is tear able maintenance is not exp at all Ben trying to get dishwasher from fall out for a year. Stove top burner don’t work right if was the company looking to buy this place beware Lacey has friends putting five stars up lol no way I would say the owner is slum lord at best moved in on income based the they dropped and raised rent said we could have dogs now trying to change that just terrible management and owner

This business is awful. They moved us in when we made to much money then came to us one day over a year later and said we had 30 days to get out because of a mistake they made, then charged us for throwing trash away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible place the manage pinewood park as well lived there for 7 years and am being evicted because I had it with being told to fix my apartment after I already fixed my hvac system twice and replaced plumbing and dishwasher water pump. Now me and my two small kids are getting the boot

Lacy and her husband chad, very unprofessional, money hungry. RACIST, Makes inappropriate jokes. Don’t worry about cleaning out your unit. They keep your security deposit anyway. Property is outdated, never clean in the yards. Roach infested from other nasty tenants. She have other tenants spying on the ones she don’t like to do her a favor. Highly DONT RECOMMEND.

This place is falling apart and so is the management. Moved in and the oven did not work, a few burners on the stove top stopped working 8 months ago and every time maintenance has come to “fix” them he is rude and it doesn’t get fixed. Management failed to notify and send me paperwork for recertification on my lease, which I signed the new lease 3 months ago, gave it to me today and said if it’s not done in two weeks my family has to vacate. It does not make sense to threaten residents when management has made an error.

Very glad that Cheryl is back but the young girl who replaced Brad needs to be retrained.

Wish I could post pictures of all the water leaking from the neighbor up above. Not his fault but the ceiling is leaking all over the laundry room. Have called and emailed multiple times to have it looked at and fixed but they never do. They thought it was the water heater when I told them it was coming from the ceiling. I’ve had to throw clothes away. I come into the kitchen with water in the floor every night. Black mold on the wall now but still nothing from management. So tired of it. Just ready to get out of here. And got new neighbors about 6 months ago.about 2 weeks later the apartment was full of roaches. If nothing breaks your good. But if it does just plan on fixing it yourself.
