Apparently nice enough for me to return.
Oddly I could not find ice in any of the ice machines. The only employee that would smile is the sweet lady cleaning up the lobby and breakfast area. The maintenance guy was also helpful but he should gradually start replacing the rusty soap dishes in the showers. There are stainless steel versions that won't rust or he could get the old ones re-electroplated and any local chrome shop.

Waited too long for service at front desk. 1 girl working and 3 employees socially chatting in the back office while tired customers languished.
Room nice but musty. Nasty cracked floor in shower.
I like the location. Near the freeway and restaurants but not a busy ugly street and in a green neighborhood.
Breakfast items had good fresh healthy items but the hot items were the prefab heavily processed kind. The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good once I finally freed it from its factory wrapping.

This hotel is top notch. I frequently visit the Earth City business park and have had an opportunity to stay at each of the surrounding hotels and nothing quite compares to this hotel for the area.

Rental vehicle vandalized along with another vehicle. No cameras. It is very common in Earth City, per police.

Carpet was crazy dirty, my toddler's feet were covered in gray/black after running around for an hour. Second floor has a strong smell close to vomit. Hairs on the sheets and in the bathroom.

Absolute disaster ordering a taxi through the hotel. We had a lot of luggage and needed a van the next morning, I wrote down all my information for the front desk and underlined "need van. " First thing that shows up is a car, we tell them we need either two more cars or a van immediately. Half hour later it shows up and we get to the airport with 20 mins for me to unload and check in. Taxi company blamed hotel, hotel blamed taxi company, it's just an absolute mess.

Don’t stay here. What kind of a Marriot hotel is this? Room are disgusting and dirty. I ended up going downstairs and asking for a vacuum cleaner. In addition to that I ended cleaning the room with sanitizer wipes. This is a very disgusting hotel. Hallways were dirty and the hotel stink. Don’t stay here.

I always enjoy staying here! Restaurants are close and I always use the door dash when I need too.

Every single staff member was amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights. Sherry the breakfast hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She greeted us Every morning with a smile and a happy attitude she asked us how was our stay and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. Sherry offered her assistance for things to do in the area. My mom just had surgery a few weeks prior and she offered to carry our breakfast tray to our room. I woke up and it was nice that she treated us like family. Definitely 5 stars, I would stay here again in a heartbeat thank you! Great job Sherry you r what Marriott hotels need in each and every establishment

The rooms are showing their age. Somewhat of an odor. Shower pan is stained from water sitting. This place os ok but needs a major facelift.

Dirty room. Towels and pillows have stains on them. Bathroom was sticky. Toliet is missing one of the caps on it. Walls are super thin so I can hear like everyone else’s tv and conversations in the rooms on either side and everything in the hallways. Hard to sleep. Nice coffee in the morning though.

Room was fine. The set up overall was nice. I did not enjoy the 11 bugs found in my room. There aren’t poisonous and I get they have invaded this state but I didn’t want them in my room. Also the ice machine was broken on two floors so had to travel to another level for ice. That was a bummer.

Fitness center is great, beyond our expectations. Staff is and was super helpful, professional and responsive. We had no issues with safety as other reviews stated, the parking area is well lit. The hotel is very clean and our rooms very clean and comfortable. We will for sure pick this place next time.

The room was fine but the cold shower is definitely a show stopper. Management did give some points for the issue, which was kind.

Horrible customer service! We found needles under the mattress for
the second time. Once this year and last year. I believe it to be the same room! The only difference this second time is that there was no sense of them trying to keep our business or make things right. They didn’t apologize, offer another room accommodation, or anything. Oddly, they didn’t seem surprise and didn’t even have anyone come check out the room for themself. They only said it maybe take a couple of days for us to receive our refund for our reservation stay. We will not come back!

Breakfast is weak with no waffles or pancakes and only one small slow toaster. One group monopolized the toaster.

Very clean, customer service is AWESOME breakfast was good, also beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned almost spotless.
