SqWires Restaurant & Market, St. Louis MO

We went to SqWires Restaurant and Market for breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Hubby got the Creole Shrimp Omelette and I went with the SqWires scramble (gravy on the side). Food was delicious, although it looked like I barely made a dent. The potatoes on the bottom were perfect. John was a great server, and the morning drive into the city was worth it, seeing as we beat the brunch rush from their bottomless mimosa and bloody mary bar fans. Great outdoor space, too! If you haven't been, check it out for a cool industrial vibe featuring amazing food and service.

The atmosphere was great, the service was just okay, the food that I had today was bland. Was there before 2pm was going to order dessert but the waiter stopped me and said the kitchen was closed and preparing for dinner.

The Turkey Rueben was amazing! Like it’s by far one of the best Rueben sandwiches that I’ve had! It’s soo delicious! I had to take my time eating the sandwich because I didn’t want to rush the goodness of the sandwich! Get it! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The place will surprise you, lovely people, great food and just a cozy atmosphere to relax and have a good time. Brunch is excellent!

We had dinner at SqWires last night. The manager, James, made menu suggestions which were perfect. Our server, Ben, was professional and friendly. Our food was delivered quickly, hot and delicious. It was a wonderful evening. We'll be back.

Fantastic brunch spot.
The hash skillet is fantastic, and the biscuit was phenomenal.the bagel board was very well done, but the wife didn't want to share more than a single bite! Will definitely be back for the mimosa bar and the silky smooth sounds of the piano/keyboard stylist! Highly recommend this place.

Love this place. Great soup/sandwich combo and great service

I had the onion soup and the grilled cheese. Both were fantastic! The grilled cheese was a toasted cheese with some kind of onion relish with fig or something (? Correct me if I'm wrong) but Dang! It was so good. The soup was traditional with a cute cup and cheese and bread sticking out of the cute cup and stuck to the sides of the cute cup.godit was delicious! I want to go back now, but it's raining and 30 miles away. I highly recommend this place

I must start with peach bread pudding - it was one of the best puddings I tried. And I tried many ;)
Great date spot with live music, outstanding service and delicious food. Friday offers oyster and shrimp bar from 4 to 7 pm and many specials. Friday cod tacos had lots of flavor. We also enjoyed mushroom paste and truffle Mac and Cheese.
Good selection of alcohol and non/alcohol drinks. Many vegan and vegetarian options. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant and on the street.

We ordered a drink that was not well made and we sent it back and we were still charged for it. The management was very uncooperative when we objected to being charged for the drink. Also we ordered the bread basket for $10 and the bread was stale. The food was average at best. Overall not a pleasant experience.

It's always busy here! If you go in the morning, get the coffee and donuts. They're hot, fresh, and delicious. The wife likes the Mimosas and the food is always fantastic. Great brunch spot!

Great event space! The food was absolutely delicious! And the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Came with three friends for brunch without a reservation but were immediately seated. The service was great but the food was extremely bland. Ordered the beef benedict and it was awful. The meat was overcooked and the dish lacked any flavor. I also ordered a spicy bloody mary and it was the worst bloody mary I have ever had. After receiving a recommendation for the restaurant, I was looking forward to dining here. I can honestly say that there are far better brunch locations in St. Louis and wouldn’t recommend SqWires. Mediocre at best.

We had a group of 9 for lunch. I had turkey reuben, which was really good, but a bit on the small side. Burger looked really good. Chips and slaw for side was average. One of my colleagues found a hair in her food, which obviously wasn't great. Ate outside. It was a beautiful day.
