Last year I had tremendous pain in my throat. When I described my pain level to the nurse, she literally mocked me to the doctor as if I was exaggerating my symptoms. And she did this right in front of me! It was humiliating. I ended up needing surgery, so it definitely was NOT an exaggeration.
This office also denied my mother insulin for FIVE DAYS. She is a type 1 diabetic, and she became extremely sick. Instead of getting it filled for her, they recommended she go to the ER (and pay a $250 copay for something they could easily do because?). Absolutely ridiculous. We are lucky she is not in the hospital and that she FINALLY got them to refill it, but I feel terrible for recommending this office to her. She could have died.

I truthfully had such an awful experience that I felt it necessary to leave a review in hopes to save another family from having to go through what we did. This was the least autism-friendly office I’ve been to after being told they make accommodations. The front desk staff was amazing but that was truly the only positive of our experience. The waiting room is shared with urgent care and the adult practice. We were harassed by a lady and moved to a back waiting room because the ordeal was heard by the front desk. We waited 45 minuets for a wellness visit and the appointment just got worse when the doctor came in. I felt extremely judged when I declined the hearing and vision portion (my child physically couldn’t comply based on needs they were aware of prior to the appointment). There were so many more problems but in order to honor my child’s privacy I won’t expose them all. I will never return and this would be the first office I would avoid against going to for anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Everyone at the Arnold office were very friendly and prompt. The facility was clean and quiet. Dr. Jafri, as always, very professional and kind.

Would prefer to give this place 0 stars. Staff is rude and does not give AF about any urgent issues or issues that are important to you. This should be called a walk in medical clinic, NOT Urgent Care. 3rd time is the charm for me to never come back.
1st time, was told multiple times I was pregnant because the nurse had the same symptoms as me when she was pregnant? I explained I had taken 3 different brand tests and all were negative. They made me take another that costed me $50 after insurance. It was negative. Had 0 suggestions on where to go, or what to do after. Waste of time and $.
2nd time, after being quoted a 1 hour wait for a separate issue, it was 2 hours and saw a doctor for 5 minutes. No meds, no recommendations, no explanation, no help. Felt like a routine “you are fine” and go. I let this go because I am absolutely sure they were understaffed and overwhelmed and it was not their fault. This instance was not too serious so I was not mad.
3rd time, the wall says “please alert staff immediately if you have shortness of breath” my boyfriend was passing out in the waiting room and they would not check his vitals or give him fluid and quoted us an HOUR unless we called 911. After calling 911, they brought him back to make sure they looked good to the paramedics that came to get him. Condescending and absolutely rude like we were a huge inconvenience to them and trying to “jump the line”.

I completely understand being understaffed and overwhelmed. I am absolutely sure they deal with BS daily. I completely respect medical staff and the hard work they put in for the community. Out of 3 times at this location, I felt like an inconvenience during all and never received any proactive care.

K. Anderson has done a great job helping me though the toughest time of my life. She has provided me with sound medical advice and assistance. The staff treats me so kindly. I avoided going to the doctors in the past but K. Anderson and her staff have changed my mind and I am better for it. Thank you, I can't express enough how you've helped me.

Had a great doc but terrible office staff. Due medical privacy I will not say names. Had acute issue and needed to book appointment.

Was told by call center a staff from the Arnold location would call me to book appointment. They never did, by chance I was on my messenger account and saw I was booked for a appointment time I had zero idea about for my acute issue.

Again zero follow up from their medical staff on this appointment I had no idea on. Called the call center again told them I had no idea why the Arnold staff book this time without so much saying a word to me. Call center booked me into a time I could actually make. Requested again for the Arnold staff to call me again to confirm appointment. Again never heard a word from them.

Was on messenger again and saw the staff member was going to override my current appointment to a much later slot without even speaking to me. Upset I called the call center and told them the problem. (Her excuse was “you said you get off at 1pm (appt. 130pm) I wanted to make sure you were going to have time make it due to the rain) 1. That is literally none of her business why I booked the appointment at that time instead. 2. This was one part of the many nonsensical things she was saying/doing…which I was trying to resolve with a simple 2 min phone call.

The call center directly called the Arnold office and left them a message to call me because of all this unnecessary confusion caused by 1 staff member that was not listening to one word I told her and she was all over the place in her messages. That would have been resolved with a 2 min phone call.

When I wrote my displeasure with the poor service (I never called them a single name or insult) I simply stated “do you do this to every request and not listen to what is being asked? ” (They used every excuse under the sun, stating faulty systems with the call center and them, I should have used messenger to request a phone call and the not the call center like I did 3 SEPARATE TIMES)

Funny how the tone of their conversation changed after I told them the call center representative spoke with someone DIRECTLY and someone from the Arnold office didn’t relay the message.

After mutual parting between my dr and myself, the 1 staff member admitted after the fact that she did INDEED get the message from the call center to “call me” but refused to do so because she was “too busy” but yet she had time to send all these nonsensical messages through messenger when I was simply trying to sort out with a 2 min phone call instead of writing 2 dozens messages.

It’s 2022 and I get everything is technical but sometimes the simplest route is right in front of your face. So doc if you happen to be reading this just so you know your “staff member” lied to you and choose not to call me after the call center left the message with her.

I have been going to this doctor's office for about 10 yrs. I absolutely love the office staff and nurses. The doctors are wonderful as well. The practice has grown and it now can be a bit difficult to be seen right away, this was easy and spoiled me in the beginning but that just goes to show how great their practice is.

Back in February, 2022 my wife scheduled an appt on March 7,2022 @ 3 pm for me to establish new pt care w/ Dr. Anderson since my previous physician moved out of state. As some one who does not get sick very often, I was reluctant but went with it anyways. Especially since my wife had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Anderson. Fast forward to the date of my appt… I arrive 10 mins early because I was sure there’d be paper work to fill out and all that other fun stuff. I walk inside and present myself at the front desk and was kindly greeted by a young gal who’s name I did not get and give her my info. She states I need to fill out an updated HIPAA form as mine will be expiring soon. She hands me a clip board with the paper work and tells me to grab a pen out of the community pen holder that is holding multiple pens. After filling out my paper work I walk it up to the counter and notice there are several employees there now, two receptionists and a couple others who I’m gonna guess are nurses but I did not verify that. They are making small talk and two of them had their masks pulled down to their chin w/ their mouth’s and nose’s exposed. Frankly I did not care… it was what followed is what had me laughing in my head… After handing my paperwork over I go back to my seat and wait to be called back. As I’m sitting there I here one of the gals ask me if I would wear a mask. I stated “No I will not. ” She stands up and states something alone the lines of “Well if you do not want to wear one we might have to reschedule you an appt. ” I laughed and said “Ok. By the way, did you happen to sanitize the pen I put back in the community pen holder before the gentleman after me picked it up to fill out his paper work? What about that clipboard too? ” Now there wasn’t a lot of pens but I had the only blue and white one sitting there which the gentleman behind me was using now. They go to the back and bring some gal out who made absolutely no sense stating their rules on mask policies, especially since there is no mask mandate in Jeffco. During our not so friendly discussion one gal stated that the hand sanitizer is to be used between handling items & it’s the patients decision as to whether or not they wanna use it. Seriously? You give patients a choice with hand sanitizer but not masks? HAHA! You force customers to wear a mask but yet your employees aren’t even following the rules and you’re letting everyone pass around the same pens, clipboards and put there hands on chairs, front desk counter etc etc with absolutely zero sanitary policies put into place. I’m sure Dr Anderson is an amazing physician however whoever runs this facility is a joke. I ended up walking out because they refused to see me since I wouldn’t wear a mask. No skin off my back as I was able to get my errands done early and move on with my life.

Doctors are great. I'm waiting for the results of a covid test. After being on hold 47 minutes finally someone answers, said what's my number they'll have the nurse call me back. I had to ask do you want my child's name?
step up your staff.be asking the doctor about other locations.

I absolutely loved Dr. Ferguson. She made us feel completely heard and was very helpful with some things going on with my son. HOWEVER, the office staff and nurses who call to do scheduling are so unprofessional and rude. They’re usually gossiping and don’t have much customer service when you’re in the office and the lack of compassion when on the phone is astounding. I have been having scheduling issues for the last couple of months. No matter what we do, we always end up with a phone call to reschedule and they show no concern with patients and the inconvenience this is. My son was supposed to have an appointment today (this was already rescheduled once due to an error on their end) and I received a phone call less than an house before we were supposed to be there that the doctor isn’t in the office at all this week and that there was an error in scheduling…again.

When initially making the previous appointment, we had a nurse be SO rude on the phone, she told me that my son was too young for medicine and that we could just see the NP. Which is incredibly inappropriate.

We will be out of town for the end of the month and then moving out of state shortly after. It’s frustrating that I cannot get the follow up appointment to talk about my son and how treatment is working.

I’ve gotten upset and lost my cool on the phone because there’s not urgency or flexibility for the patient when they’ve made mistakes. The response I get is that “doctors have lives too. ” Which is absolutely true! But there should be a certain level of compassion and accountability on the staff level.

The doctor is amazing but dealing with the rest of the staff, the scheduling issues and the unprofessionalism is not worth it. I’m currently waiting to be reached out to by a CNO or management of some sort for this department, misty was supposed to share my concern and have someone reach out.

Such a rotten place how dare they tell me what is a acceptable and unacceptable reason for a covid test. Let's not mention the fact that your office can't even bill correctly. I'll be happy when this place closes its doors for good ill never recommend this place with the multiple negative experiences I've had here

I’ve had so many rotten experiences with this Urgent Care and such a hassle trying to schedule appointments just to see a provider to obtain refills. How does one misdiagnose a fracture and still function in their profession? The world may never know.
