If you don’t take an insurance plan just say that. Don’t lie and say that your clinic isn’t in a radius of a military installation especially after my carrier identified the pcm as being in network. After speaking to my insurance carrier they verified that they had no idea what the rule was that your office stated. My entire right arm feels like it’s being electrocuted due to nerve pain and I feel like I was denied care.

Update: I have received care from 2 separate SSM health offices and none of them had issues with my insurance. This office has chosen to lie about not accepting my insurance. The physical therapy clinic I am seeing takes my insurance is SSM and in the same place as this office.

I just want to thank the front desk lady that finally changed my name in my chart. It’s the little things! Much appreciated.

Well, if I had been able to get in the place I could better review. Was on HOLD 11 minutes to speak with someone about making a new patient appointment!

Disappointed that I called to let office know we were running late for apt with Dr Volmar, I was told they have a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 14 minutes and were told we had to reschedule. I actually had made a mistake and thought our apt was 10 minutes later than it was, but still arrived 14 minutes past our appointment time. It would have been nice to know when I called to let them know we were running late that we would be turned away instead of having us drive an additional 30 minutes round trip once they knew we were running late. We didn't reschedule, we'll go somewhere else.

Always polite and respectful, Nurse Susan is the bomb, nice, funny, yet professional. And Dr.webb and Dr. Parham are great

Dont go here. I wont recommend anyone to go here. They seem to just want to get you out and seem like they forget about patients care. However the NP I've seen before she was very professional and she actually seemed to care about me. She didnt seem pushy what so ever.

I really love all of the doctors and nurse practitioners that me and my grandma have seen at this location. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and efficient.

The tech that drew my blood was very complacent. She was silent when I ask about what I had to drink. I ask her once more and it seemed to be annoying her. Also whispering to co-worker while looking at my chart. Very uncomfortable. Beware! Patients seem to be an inconvenience to LabCorp SSM 1101 HWY K OFALLON MO

Do not recommend. They take the personal care out of health care. They push for an online appointment to minimize contact and then they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. How are you going to properly administer care without an actual visit. If you are going to do that just send off a recommendation for medication to the pharmacy and not waste time with a worthless Zoom session.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It is most likely ANY positive review you see for them is a fake one posted by an employee. From how they act the only thing they care about is getting $$ for office visits. My wife has been dealing with an issue since early November and the front staff is either grossly incompetent or simply do not care. The latest is them asking her to see the SAME nurse practitioner for the SAME issue and saying at doctor isn’t available until March. If you’re looking to be treated as nothing more than a number by people who only care about billing insurance then maybe this is your place.

Called me two minutes before they closed, called back immediately, sat on hold for a few minutes and they hung up on me once they closed. I’m sick and needed medicine and they wouldn’t help until after thanksgiving. So I call the day after thanksgiving and the voicemail prompt says they’re still closed for the holiday. Guess I’ll just keep being sick
