Dr Hillary Mcparlane and Natalie Sevem are wonderful. The office runs efficiently and it’s easy to make appointments since they’re so communicative.

Been a patient for 30 yrs but things have changed. High turnover in staff which are NOT friendly whatsoever on the phone. I'm looking for a new Dr office to change to which is so difficult

I'm always treated very well by all the staff. I lived thru stage 4 neck cancer and all I can say is this SSM office gives excellent personalized care.

I was re-charged for something 8 months ago. I've reached out in the app several times and the quickest reply to a message takes on average 4 days. It has been 3 weeks and no reply to any emails I've sent to billing. They will not send me an itemized receipt explaining the charge and they won't remove it.

Was seen by nurse practitioner Amanda. She was great-not in a rush and made sure all my questions were answered.

My doctor left the country. She was great, I'm happy for her. When I tried to schedule and appointment with a new doctor, I ended up getting COVID and was unable to make my appointment. This was during the busiest time of year for me and during a job transitional period, and thus scheduling was not easy. The practice would not renew my prescription for allopurinol, a medication I take to avoid gout symptoms, until after I'd seen a new physician at their practice, regardless of their physician's availability. If you're looking for a practice that cares about their patients, look elsewhere.

Dr Henrichs is the most compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough doctor I’ve ever had. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Very disappointed.with their service. I make appointment with specific doctor and they pu me with a nurse practitioner. They did this kind of stuff repeatedly.as long I paid or my insurance paid. I should be able to see what I want not the clinic want. Very sad and disappointed.
