William Aye is very through with his therapy. He remains professional, but yet not cold and uncaring.

Well I have been in a terrible spot for several years, due to my walking reckon havoc on my legs, my gate is off, the first day I got to physical therapy, I couldn't lift my leg two sessions in with Im much better now thanks to my therapist. He is the best.

My experience with physical therapist Bill Aye has been outstanding! He is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring individual.
The entire staff at DePaul Hospital physical therapy is excellent and I highly recommend them.

I have been receiving excellent care here intermittently since June 2020. I have seen three separate therapists and they were all equally professional, compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I have observed the entire staff working to provide this same excellent care to all other patients/clients.

The care I have received in this physical therapy office has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. I have enjoyed less pain, more independence, and much greater mobility, because of the therapies and exercises I do both in the office and those given to me to do at home.

The front desk staff is also great. They are easy to work with and helpful with insurance issues.

Finally, I have continued to be impressed by the cleanliness of this facility. I often see them disinfecting therapy beds, equipment, and surfaces. Thank you for everything!

I'm a 78 year old female with neuropathy in my legs and feet and I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis. My PT at DePaul was really patient with me when I started because I was sore and stiff and had a very limited range of motion. I could not perform balance exercises very well because I was afraid of falling but he kept encouraging me and told me just 20 minutes at home the days I was not in therapy would do wonders. There was one day when my body was so sore from my [AS] he just kept heat on me and messaged my back. I intend to stay moving and hopefully not need therapy again but if I do, I intend to return De Paul Physical Therapy Dept.

I’m seen within ten minutes of my appointment and given full attention and very detailed about my treatment. Also, willing to answer any questions I may have.

My therapist was Brandon. He communicated clearly and, provided (what appeared to be) appropriate exercise techniques to help me manage my pain.

Meghan is very experienced with my needs for my shoulder. She is very understanding & easy to work with. Meghan always has a positive attitude & a smile!

This place is beyond amazing. Everyone is fantastic. I have not felt this good in YEARS. Bill and the staff are amazing. They truly care for their patients. Thank you SSM PT team!

My first visit with LeAnn was impressive. She spent time and asked questions that would determine the proper exercises for my recovery.

Brandon was wonderful, and knew exactly how to help me become pain free. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and gentle during the times he needed to touch my neck or shoulders. I would definitely recommend Brandon as a PT.

I really enjoy going to physical therapy at DePaul, if through the exercise be hurting I know it's for my good, and it's helping me a lot. Brandon Moseley is a great therapist Everyone there is great.

I highly recommend Bill Kelly. I've had to go to Physical Therapy three times this year for three different reasons. Bill has been great to work with. He's very knowledgeable and skilled. He's very patient and has answered all of my questions. He's offered a number of helpful suggestions in addition to the exercises. The therapy center is clean and comfortable. No blaring music. The staff are friendly and courteous. You couldn't make a better choice!

So far I have only had two sessions but he is friendly, knowledgeable, and listens to what the patient tells him and takes that into consideration with the stretches that he recommends. He will even modify them depending on a person's physical limitations.
