SSM Health Physical Therapy - High Ridge

Had Benjamin for shoulder rehab. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Has helped me deal with serious pain and taught me how to manage and rehab. Whole staff is great!

I have been going to this place for many years for many problems. I always ask for Megan. She is kind.and knowledgeable. She explains what therapy she is doing and how it will help the condition you are there for.

Highly recommended! The staff at the High Ridge location is efficient, thoughtful and caring. I have a disability that makes it difficult to communicate. Everyone did a wonderful job of making my session go smoothly and stress-free. My therapist, Cynthia Loveless, also took the time to completely understand my injury and physical history and knew exactly what was needed. My pain level was greatly reduced after just 2 days of following Cynthia's plan. I'm confident that the excellent care I'm receiving will help me prevent a similar injury in the future.

I did a series of visits at the High Ridge location. They are awesome. Very prompt with Appointment times. Never having to wait. Great location. Cindy Loveless was great to work with.

Cynthia Loveless is my Physical Therapist at SSM High Ridge. Cynthia inquired first as to why, I was there. It was great having someone listen, to me explaining what my problem was, not interrupting. Cynthia asked, if the pain, and discomfort, was where she understood from my explanation. Cynthia at this point started testing, where the problem was to determine the how bad the problem was. Cynthia explained what she was going to do in treat my condition. Cynthia set up a treatment plan, explaining, that the exercises were to be completed at home two times daily before the next appointments that were set up.
Cynthia did, great listening, discussing, and establishing a treatment plan for me upon completion of the first appointment. Cynthia explained would be different exercises added as we progressed with the treatment.

Benjamin is very knowledgeable and professional. When we met I was in severe pain from a pinched nerve. Since the exercises and equipment weren’t working he suggested trying something completely different. The pain is now gone and we are working on endurance. He also is very kind and understanding.
