My family and I received excellent care at this location on several occasions. At my last visit, however, they billed my insurance as an ER visit, which means $200 more for the copay. After asking them to update the claim, my insurance still considered it an ER visit.

I do not know when URGENT care started requiring and appt. The whole point is to be seen urgently? !? I was turned away at 6: 30pm (they close at 8). With a swollen and twisted ankle. When I asked the receptionist- isn’t this an “URGENT” care? The nurse or practitioner walking past behind her scoffed as if my question was funny. Very unprofessional. Word of advice to them would be to advertise next to “open daily 8-8” “appointment required”. Seriously such a pain to hobble in and out of this place with a swollen and potentially broken ankle just to be turned away. Classic SSM.

I realize with large companies like this reviews do very little but the service here is really poor. It seemed like an office full of people who try to interact with patients as little as possible to get through the day, which is absurd in a medical setting.

I was billed $1000 because they coded my appointment as an emergency room visit, even though it was a simple scheduled urgent care appointment which was more convenient than a walk-in clinic.

Operating as an 'emergency room' is so predatory. The healthcare system in America is failed and this is a representation of that.

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed wasn't aware that I needed an appointment first (they don't except walk ins) I was there for my baby boy when I seen u needed an appointment I walked out to go to my car the lady came and grabbed me and said they could see my son before they crossed.he tested positive for covid. I was very greatful that they did infact see him and came to grab us he was extremely sick

I made an appointment for the first slot of the day but 2 people were seen before me. Last time I was here they told me to make an appointment to get seen sooner.appointments are jokes. This place has a 2.7 review score and I can see why. No one greets you or checks you in to explain the process.

We were blown away by the care. My kid had an Impressive cut. They brought her in right easy to assess and make sure they could treat it. Explained everything. I felt like we were cared about. Thank you!

All 3 of my kids tested positive for strep. I tested negative, twice (two different days). One child tested positive on a Monday, my other 2 children and myself tested on Thursday, one child positive, myself and other child negative. Last child and myself went back on Saturday, child positive, myself negative.
Same symptoms as my children. Cherice Harkins denied to test me again and stated it was probably a different strain of strep that they don't test for. They denied me treatment. I found an online care provider that approved my RX within a hour. It shouldn't be this hard to get a antibiotic to treat symptoms that matched exactly to what I was exposed to by my children. What happened to listening to the patient and common sense? It isn't like I was trying to get a narcotic. I simply wanted an antibiotic to treat me for something that is apparent that I have due to so much exposure. Shame on you!

BEWARE OF THE BILL FOR SERVICES HERE! I went in for pink eye - and spent a few minutes with the nurse practitioner. She wrote a prescription for eye drops. I received $479 'Hospital' bill 2 1/2 months later, of which my insurance paid $82. Payment in full is expected immediately. Really?

This urgent care is not the one to go to if you need urgent care. 2 hours 45 minutes before anyone will see me

I went for an X-ray of possible broken toe. Staff was very empathetic and took very good care of me.
Well pleased with the care I received.
Thank you for your services.

I wish I could give negative stars.
The few times I have been here, I was not helped at all.
The first time, I asked for a breathing treatment and just a full exam since my asthma and allergies were acting up. They did a Covid test, told me it was negative, and that was it. I went to my primary the next day, and he was able to help me.
I was back today to have my TB test read for pre employment. I was told on Saturday when I had the test administered that I didn’t need an appointment and could just walk in and they could read it quick. I waited for an hour, and they didn’t even know how to fill in my paperwork and gave me their own. Because I waited so long, I missed my other appointment elsewhere.
I love SSM health and my primary is right across the hall. I will NEVER use their urgent care again though!

Would give 0 stars if I could. No care at this urgent care!

I walked in the urgent care. A women opened the glass door behind the counter and just pointed at the masks. I grabbed one. Then she asked “Can I help you? ” At that time, I noticed a sign that read, “by appointment only. ” I responded to the lady and asked, “Are you by appointment only? ” She said “yes” and slammed the glass door. No one asked if I was ok or if it was an emergency. Literally no care given at this urgent care. Went across the street to Zip Care and they got me in right away and even gave me a care package.

Rachel - the nurse practitioner that i saw for a potential eye infection was very good and professional. Answered all my questions and provided me with directions to ease the pain/swelling. Overall, a very good experience,

Never seen an actual doctor's office tell you that you need an appointment when I was actually heaving for air and unable to breathe in their office. They DO NOT accept walk-ins, and if you happen to come here to avoid a hefty ER fee for a non-emergent situation, be prepared for a 2-4 hour wait. And of your situation is more pressing, you better hope the ambulance they offer to call shows up fast

Every-time I go everyone is so amazing and nice except the one lady that checks you in, she a bit older probably 60 and beyond rude but with everything else being so amazing this is the only location I take my son to!

This front desk lady is very rude she took everyone in the back even after my appointment time then told me she didn’t need to provide any information just had to wait for a open room. This is totally unbelievable. Got her before my appointment and still haven’t been pulled back then the nurse couldn’t even make up a good enough reason as to why they wouldn’t put me in a room. Other than they take walk in appointments before appointments made with a representative horrible
