St. Bernards Urgent Care - Kennett reviews
7Went for an ear infection on 11/19/23. Shontay Oliger at the front desk was extremely rude and abrasive. Extremely confusing insurance policy for people on family plans. NOT WORTH!
I had to set and wait to be called back when there wasn't anyone else there.then had to set in room for 20 minutes before the doctor came in then another 20 to have x-rays done.then set 45 minutes just to be told Noone there to read them after 5pm. Needless to say i won't go back there again.
I was seen right away, diagnosed and prescribed medication. I felt much better in just one day. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you for being here.
Refused to see my 6th grader with a potentially broken finger because I was honest that he wasn’t vaccinated. If I’d lied, he’d be seen. Their recommendation is to waste er resources.
I went to Urgent Care for issues with my eye and sinus drainage. The only thing staff did was ask if I was "looking for something for pain? " No! I am not drug seeking. Staff put drops in my eye, looked at it with a black light.said if it isn't better in a day or so-go see an eye doctor. Not sure if NP was unsure of what to do or just didn't know what she was doing.
This place has really gone down hill-it is sad since we no longer have a hospital to go to. You would think staff would be better trained
Quick, excellent service.
The hours of operation need to be changed on the website. I was there an hour early.
I’ve been 3 separate times, twice for my child, once for me. First time, they diagnosed my son with strep despite testing negative. Hospitalized later that week for tick borne illness. I let that go seeing as no one tests for tick borne until everything else is ruled out. A couple years later, took my daughter for what they said was an ear infection and pink eye. 2 days later she later went to her doctor due to not getting any better, and was told she didn’t have pink eye and the antibiotics they put her on wouldn’t treat the infection she actually had. Recently, I went with flu like symptoms. The doctor tested me for strep which was negative and refused to test me for anything else, saying I just needed to go see my pcp. This was on a Saturday. I ended up with the flu and a sinus infection.
We won’t be back. I’d say I was stupid to give it so many chances in all honesty.
