Horrible place, took my wife's dog from our landlord and it's disappeared.this is after an agents comments about how exspensive
Our dog must be.went to their kangaroo court where they smiled in my face.and my dog disappeared. His only offense was being smart and restless. I want to know where he's at.

Absolutely horrible rude old woman behind the counter long brown hair and glass poor attitude she Absolutely had a terrible personality she talked to you as if you are dumb made me wait a long time I had already previously adopted 2 cats last year from there and said that the owner of my home was not me she was rude to everyone that walked in I know this cause she had me wait 40 minutes in the waiting area she was rude to everyone who walked in. I will be calling later to complain.

Absolutely wonderful hard working people. We had a major family crisis that we had to place our pets. They worked with us to get everything taken care of.

They let us adopt a sick kitten. It wasn’t until we got home and looked at his records that we learned he had been having diarrhea for over a month and nothing had been helping.

We ended up having to pay thousands of dollars for treatment and nothing was covered by the adoption center.

I would like to say the staff there is great. From the gentlemen who showed me the puppy I was interested in and also the young women who helped me the day of adoption.
You all rock. Keep up the great work you all do.

Everyone was really nice. We did not plan on walking out with a puppy but the cutest puppy had just came available. Would definitely recommend a rescue, they have the best personalities.

I adopted my dog, Finn from here last April. I'm so glad I did. He's been great. We're very happy together.

Edit: Deleted included photos as they were using pictures of my kittens that they KILLED in their website. Horrible people.

Do NOT come here.

I trusted these people, and I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake I did.

I took in the kittens my boyfriend and I had been raising since birth. They were supposed to receive their vaccinations and get spayed/neutered.

They never made it out of here.

They were only ~6 weeks old when we took them in, so we expected it may be a few weeks until we could pick them up again. I was crying dropping them off, telling them the kittens names, and how I was worried about not being able to see them. They assured me that this is the best possible thing I could do for them, and they told us we could call whenever we wanted to check on them. So we did.

We called a few times a week, and every time it was good news. They were happy, gaining weight, and super playful!

Friday, July 8th, we called to check on them. The woman who answered the phone pulled up their information. She told us they had all reached two pounds, with the exception of one. They wanted to keep all of them together for the time being, so their litter mate could continue socializing while gaining the weight. Once he gained the weight, they would get their procedures, and they would call us to come pick them up. We were so excited!

We called back again on the 11th, just three days later. The woman on the phone passively said “those kittens are deceased”.

She then began explaining that they had apparently never gained weight, they had been very sick from the beginning, they were on multiple medications, and seen by many vets that could not help them. They had all “passed away” the morning before.

Every single time we called, we gave them their id numbers to pull up their chart. Every single time it was good news. It was NEW news. It wasn’t as if the charts weren’t being updated. We were always given specific ways they were making progress. We were NEVER told of any medications, vet visits, sickness, or trouble gaining weight. We were actually told the OPPOSITE by people reading straight from their charts.

Two days after we were told they were doing very well, they suddenly die?

Kittens do not die on the same day at the same time, whether they are healthy or not. It seems that they were either extremely neglected, or they euthanized healthy kittens who all had eager families ready to bring them home.

Keep in mind that we didn’t even receive a call. We only learned of their passing while calling to ask when we could pick them up.

This experience has been absolutely heartbreaking. I feel terrible for ever bringing those sweet babies here.

Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The pictures included are the day we found them (~1week), around 3 weeks old, and the night before we dropped them off (~6weeks).

We adopted a cat that we knew possibly had some health issues. Katie and all the other people working there have been nothing but amazing. Theyve helped us get the proper care the cat needs and they even flipped the bill. God bless them. These people really do love what they do and they love these animals.
